Merry Christmas to you too and everyone else who reads this.

My cousin, a woman, is a doctor. She says the problem with health care in the United States is the big health insurance companies and big pharmaceutical corporations and their lust for profit. The main purpose for a public corporation is to make money for the shareholders. As for your question, I think he is seen as the underdog taking on a big corporation. I think there would be more outrage if the CEO was a woman.

This happened to me years ago. She was a coworker who had a husband who was prone to outbursts of anger. She would visit me as a “safe place” where he didn’t know where she was. She would sit, on her laptop, typing away. In retrospect she probably was on Craigslist in the casual encounters section. After an hour or two she would leave. What I didn’t know was she was meeting up with men and having sex in her minivan before going home. Her husband thought I was the one she was having sex with; onl…

I go to a national chain, probably franchised, to get a buzz cut so I’m probably an outlier. Mostly it’s women who change frequently the one constant is the lone guy that works there. The guy seems to do a better job as he takes his time and doesn’t rush. He is always booked and busy.

I wonder if the judge can impose a harsher sentence. It’s certainly appropriate in this case.

I work with a lot of women, you should hear them rationalize rejection. They find ways to spin things so it’s not their fault. They meet Super Chad on a dating app then don’t understand why he did the pump and dump. Then they start trying to figure out why by talking to their friends.

Women see themselves as prizes to be won and they are entitled to have the best of the best simply because they are women. Men on the other hand are expected to be happy with whatever attention women are willing to give.

It will be a long time until they do; probably not in our lifetime. I recall learning about the civil rights movement in school. Men today face similar challenges especially minorities. Until men speak up about the injustices and one sided laws nothing is going to change. We can start by talking with and mentoring boys and young men. I work in education and try to get boys (and girls) excited about their education, learning, and futures.

In my school (K-8) the ratio of women teachers to men is 59:4. They tried to include the male custodians but not the women custodians in an effort to skew the results.

I work in education at a k-8 school. We have an attractive male substitute who occasionally substitutes at the school. Many of the women have to go to the classroom he’s in and check up on him. They don’t do this with anyone else.

I have a cat and want to get a dog. Cat is aloof and hides when friends come over. A dog would protect me and my stuff. My cat would probably let in burglars if they gave her treats. I could take the dog to the dog park and meet people.

It’s been my experience that men are treated differently (like shit) in different settings. In a retail environment employees are trained to approach customers who look suspicious and offer to help them as a way to prevent shoplifting Black Friday I went out to purchase additional holiday decorations to replace the old ones that were broken. After making my purchase I walked over to the Panera for a treat. Ahead of me, by about 25 feet, was a woman who quickened her pace when she realized I was …

There are those who say the logo for “The View” television show is a stylized vagina and the Dodge Ram truck logo represents a woman’s reproductive system. Hidden messages in logos and advertising are nothing new. Back in the 60’s a popular women’s hair care product used the phrase “does she or doesn’t she - only her hair dresser knows for sure.” One thing is certain; sex sells.

I’ve seen this where I work. The young women feel that they “deserve” a physically attractive rich man who will provide for them. Basically a three 6’s Chad or Tyrone. I asked the most vocal of the group what she offered in return. It took her a while to tell me “intimacy.” Clearly she thinks this is the only thing men want. She probably spends far too much time following influencers on Tik Tok.

Based on my limited research, basically what I have seen, is that boys are treated more harshly by their mostly female teachers. Prior to getting my current position I was a substitute teacher for a number of years. Typically boys don’t encounter a male teacher until they are in upper elementary school or middle school. In my role as an instructional support teacher I work with students who are “falling behind.” Most are boys, a few are girls. Many of these students have been behind for years. I…

Physically attractive people always have an easier time with life. I work in education and my school always hires physically attractive women who don’t have the skills needed to be teaching. One can’t write without using AI and Grammarly. Another modifies math tests to make them more rigorous and ends up making them not make sense. One test given near Election Day had the winning candidate getting 5.8 votes instead of 58. As an average looking older guy I’m treated like I’m senile. I may be old …

I would assume so. I’ve not had any experiences with law enforcement in issues like this. I would assume that you could ask the officers who you dealt with how to get a copy of any information they have. A lawyer should know how to get this information as well,

Get a copy of the police report and doctor’s report, keep them in a safe place and start to document everything. Find a place to stay, like an extended stay hotel while you find a good lawyer.

Where I work is 99% women. Most are new hires, within the last 5 years. One of them was describing a date she almost went on but ghosted the guy at the last minute. She didn’t show for a dinner date at a high end restaurant; she left the guy hanging, wondering what happened to her. Interesting none of the older women said anything about her attitude and expectations. Many of these older women have sons that are the same age as the young new hires.

It’s the same way here in the USA. I don’t know what the solution is. Maybe employers need to learn the hard way to hire on ability rather than something else.

Harry Potter, the most popular children’s book series in recent memory was written by a woman. As was Frankenstein. Perhaps women aren’t being published because they aren’t writing anything worthy of being published. 50 Shades of Grey was written by a woman and it was published. It’s not well written; I’ve read it, wanted to see what all the hype was about.

I think a better approach is to peacefully protest. I work with mostly women. They have taken over most of the men’s restrooms by placing their paper signs that say “women” over the “men’s” signs so I take down their signs. On International Men’s Day I hung up small posters around the school where I work. Most were taken down but a few remain up. If I’m asked to do something because I’m a man then I make a big deal about it.

Can confirm this. I work with mostly women. The other day I was talking to two male coworkers about our weekends. In walk a couple of women who were setting up for a baby shower luncheon (that men weren’t invited to) and they made comments about how we have time to stand around and talk. So we all just left. Then there is the recent work day (I work at a charter school that has kid free days for the staff to do work that can’t be done when kids are in the building). My supervisor assigned me the…

They think divorce won’t happen to them. Every divorced guy I know has said he didn’t think it would happen to them. A coworker recently asked me why I wasn’t married. I told her it’s a losing proposition for men. Every “benefit” she stated I could counter with how that really wasn’t a benefit to me. Eventually she gave up. (I consider that to be a win).

I work for a charter school that employs 99% women. I was the brave man who mentioned it to the leadership team (all women) and in the staff lunch room. All the women were unimpressed and some were hostile (mostly younger women who view themselves as a prize to be won). Most of the few men who I work with didn’t know about the day. I posted it on my Facebook page and the post only got one like (as of a minute ago). Edited to add: Two friends liked it on Facebook; former coworkers who have since …

I shared with my coworkers that today was international men’s day. The results were interesting. They thought it was funny that there was a day for men other than fathers’ day.
