So why aren't the leagues divided by testosterone production? There is no reason to divide people by XY and XX, because XY people can be just as bad as XX people and it is completely unfair for XY person who has a strength of 5 to compete with XY person who has a strength of 10 when an XX person with a strength of 5 only has to compete with XX of strength of 3.
