Not sure if this is the case for others, but cold showers combined with a vitamin d supplement cleared up my skin. It's not perfect but implmenting those two habits and cutting back on caffeine has improved my complexion by about 95%.

I just ordered Prometheus Rising, I'm highly interested in digging into this subject more. I'll be checking out more social engineering content but is there anything else that you would suggest?

I'll be honest with you I'm more on the analyst side of things in the sense that I deal more with looking at the data than manipulating it. I do have coworkers that build systems in python to automate parts of our work to make things easier for us, and I'm trying to learn from them and increase my programming chops to be one of those builders. In my role, a lot of advanced analysis in excel (think forecast functions and vba code). Running probabilistic simulation software to predict trends withi…

I stumbled into this field by accident and I love it. It has the potential for me to pivot to a new area since the tools and skills remain the same throughout. I definitely find it worthwhile. Best of luck with your decision, I'm sure you'll execute once you decide.

Data Science and Analytics is a field that will prove to be more and more lucrative as time goes by. It combines statistics, economics, programming, and engineering all into one to find solutions and patterns within big data for companies at a high pay grade. I also think it has great potential to consult in once enough experience is gained so you can be your own boss and rake it in simultaneously (this is my long term plan). There aren't too many degree programs yet in Data Science specifically…

I can't wrap my brain around how you could live with a "plate".

I kind of figured the same thing. If we direct more focus to /r/becomeaman this hopefully won't be as much of an issue anymore.

Putting the Chad discussion aside, Nassim Taleb is fantastic. I'm about halfway through Antifragile and am blown away by the perspective he presents. I feel like I've always been one to face adversity head on but this book is teaching me how to embrace risk and randomness completely. I would suggest anyone on this sub to read his stuff. The book Antifragile is dense enough that the act of reading it is almost trudge through adversity.

Dude, she used you as an emotional tampon and threw you a bone by kissing you.

The reverse to this is you can see which girls are constantly checking your story. It's not as consistent but I noticed most of the ones that check mine are former plates or girls that are interested. This isn't always the case, some people are just curious as to what you are doing. But I think it's a pretty good indicator.

Agreed. This sub has cycles of weaker posts with the influx of new members. If you don't like the content, then just stay off the sub for a bit and go put into practice what you have been learning on here. It's not very red pill to bitch and moan, OP.

Every single one of your comment replies is an excuse or dismissal of things people are trying to say to genuinely help you out. Did you post on here for consolation? Because you'll get very little of that on here. As hard as it sounds, stop thinking so little of yourself, stop making excuses and start reading the posts and sidebar material more. I do think excercising will make your problems with women less important, that's the point. Run, bike, walk, swim, do something. You'll generate endorp…

Find some form of excercise that works for you then. I'm not talking jazzercise or bowling, find something strenuous. And do it to the point where you exhaust yourself so you can take a break from overthinking. From that you'll get natural endorphins and be able to sort out all of the shit with a clearer head. Also you'll be working towards improving yourself so your issues with girls can take a back seat.

I have struggled with it since about 14 years old. My mom would constantly point out my zits and bring me to dermatologists and tyr all kinds of medicatiosn and creams to try and make it better. These products either only worked temporarily or not at all and usually the end result was my self confidence was crushed and I just got more stressed about it, causing more acne. About 2 years ago I decided to not listen to my mother as often (about everything, not just acne). My friend told me that he …

I've done this with a plate as well. Gave her a ridiculous made-up first name and she ate it up. I would do the same as OP by ordering her around with the nickname then in more intimate moments such as when she's shit-testing or even during sex I bust out her actual first name and the response is always in my favor. Not sure if these are two anomalies but I've gotten this to work. The nick name should probably be an inside joke or something between the two of you that separates her from other gi…

I have a roommate who started reading because he caught me browsing and questioned me on it. Rather than defend myself or try to convert him, I merely explained how much it has helped me get my life on track and talked about the strong community it had underneath all of the men's rights posts. A month later he admitted that he too had swallowed the red pill. This seems to be the best method, providing an unbiased perspective and letting the person decide for themself. Keep in mind he's one of my…

Start reading the sidebar. And when you're done keep reading the sidebar. Then come back and share what you've learned with the group.

It seems like you have the Machiavellian role down. All I could think after reading is "this dude is the Frank Underwood of marriage". It's impressive how you were able to shape your wife's perception of you as well as an entire room filled with her friends and family all at once. It's inspiring. I have a long way to go on the journey of trp but this was motivating. Thanks for posting.
