It bugs me. I pull so much better IRL. I'm older and it is hard to find quality older women IRL. They don't go out to bars like younger women do. There are lots of them online. I'm decently attractive so they match me, but I have a hard time starting conversions. My buddy uses Bumble because then they have to start the conversation.

Excellent post, man. Couldn't have said it better myself. Really good to point out the breadcrumbs as I just got hooked into that a bit, after being NC for more than a month. Guess who calls ? One step at a time. Go onto Youtube and find Corey Wayne. Listen to all his videos. Get his book. Read it 15x. Don't put pressure on yourself for immediate results. Get comfortable being alone a bit. Go to a bar on a quieter night and sit on a barstool at the counter. Watch a game. Say Hi to everyone at the bar. Go to the gym. Say hi to everyone there. Spot for a few people. Ask for pointers. Get on the Internet and find a bunch of local events. Go to them. One step at a time.
