Own your shit ex. It's not about perception from the 2 rednecks. I've got 2 kids around that age. I'm familar with quarries and the like, you fucked up. I push my kids for independence and toughness daily. I would not have left a three year old out of arms reach in that environment. The locals were speaking from anger and I would have expected it from anyone with a set. Be responsible. Be accountable.

Fuck man you just Deered to an internet stranger, not in answer to a question either. Who gives a shit what I think of your princess autist? Keep rolling. Let anger as a whole go, find your mission. Develop into a vision. Sell your vision. Implement.

I hate your wife and I've never met her. However, that's no excuse. You have a ways to go. Don't be satisfied. Find your vision. Sell your vision. Make it a reality.

I'll sidestep the pain brought to bear in an internet argument. Thanks for permission. I'll live in my reality. It's pretty cool over here. Women like sex too.

Granted "science." Porn industry and prostitution aren't purely science based in terms of determining sex drive. Would you say prostitution has more to do with societal expectations of women, the nuclear family, etc. than it does Science? If everyone around you hammered all your life that your pussy has some innate value the less you give it away...then you'd naturally buy into that process, right? Then enter the different feminisms...hypergamy...blah blah.. Women like sex. They like having sex …

Testosterone is not the only factor when considering sex drive and sexual focus. Sociological factors as well psychological factors can also play a large role. Undoubtedly Rollo knows his shit. I'm not doubting that notion. I can only speak to what I observe. I observe women like to have sex every bit as much as men.

The post has value, but the premise is off. Women want sex every bit as much as men. I think they want it more. Can some women weaponize sex? Absolutely. They are the gatekeepers of sex. But there are plenty of women that like to fuck guys they are attracted to... I'm not doing a lot of the shit listed above to get laid.

She'll "be sad and quiet" oh nooozzzz. Not sad and quite. Good thing you are responsible for her emotions and were there to save the day with your witty banter like " you've been desexualizing the relationship." Nothing like fear of upsetting her, accusations and a lack of accountability before bed time to turn a woman on...

Grill, grill, grill... Olive oil, cayenne, tbsp of Dijon on a few pounds of chicken, grill it. Italian dressing, balsamic, zuchinni, onions, green onions, bell pepper, brocolli, sweet potatoes, marinate for an hour, grill.... I'll cook for a week in a couple hours...diet is crucial. What's interesting is my wife is 100% on board, I find my female employees shit test me much more for bringing my lunch, never cheating, etc.

I made a similar post awhile back. I was looking for a "couple" type friends that had a similar family dynamic for when we wanted to include kids, etc. in our plans. Someone made a suggestion to work the parenting circuit. I thought that was a good suggestion. We ended up adding 3 or so new couples to our circle, but really it was just making it a focus for the goal to be accomplished. There was no specific strategy that paid off other than striking up conversations with interesting people. As f…

Holy fucking shit. This is so opposite of MRP, at first I thought it was a decent troll. You're entire post was exhausting. The list of shit you did with the covert contract of sex to come from an unattractive, unappreciative woman was difficult to stomach. Stop whatever you're doing, and start the sidebar. If you think you started it, you haven't. Go back and do it again. Anything you try to do right now you will fuck up. Lift and read for 6 months. Focus on yourself. Your wife will come around…

Triadis just crushed it in his response. I'll add that you tolerate this shitty behavior. You endorse it because she has no negative consequences for her actions. How could she? She lives in a fantasy land where she doesn't have to clean or fuck and her cunt of a husband will handle everything. You've made your go plan? How much money is in your side account for when you leave? You've read all of the sidebar, Correct? She's seen other women flirt with you? You're fun? This is your life, time to …

Goddamn you're a bitch. So you want the rest of the board to better cement your massive covert contract into place? Become attractive and fun and she won't ask anyway, she'd rather stay with you. Stop reading just the board and start reading the sidebar.

This was a good write up. Been awhile since I've seen chlomite around. There's some sandy vaginas around today. Yea, OP may be moving past the "don't buy lingerie" rule and the like. However, the most important part to this post is he moved his sex life to a point he wanted. He made a post giving his reasoning and how he accomplished his goal. No he didn't get there the prescribed way, so he's labeled as someone "playing at it." It's a good post. Take the good (man on a mission) leave the parts …

You can't always find a sitter, etc, having another couple or family you hang out with is beneficial. It provides flexibility socially. The kids entertain themselves and the adults entertain each other, etc. As far as my personal schedule in terms of dread and being in or out the house, I don't need to follow levels of dread. I come and go as I please. I handle my shit. I lift and lift well. I'm comfortable in most social situations. Women find me attractive. My sex life has been great for a lon…

Meh, bullying isn't a concern. The whole don't deer thing when you post a question on a sub is going to be difficult. I'm not making excuses for anything here. Some of this is on me, some of it isn't. I've gotten some good direction from typing out the post and plenty of responses. [Yup, plenty of explain there] DEER is a defense mechanism. This is accurate. I have let hobbies go with the two kids in diapers and the new business. This was a mindful choice, but the kids are getting to a point where hobbies can come back into play. Same with finances. They are back on par where it is conducive to embrace some of the hobbies we both enjoy, which is primarily shooting.

It's not direct shit-tests, those are easy. It becomes a guy feels like he has to try and compete with me. That get awkward, especially when you could give a shit about his nazi-wife's opinion. Either way, we are sidetracked, and I do appreciate your weighing-in.

I'm not worried if I'm an alpha or not. If you think the type of guy who's wife calls him out to be like me is masculine enough to ask for tips...hes not. That guy is much closer to a feminine ideal. Think "looks to tear down" instead of "let me raise myself up." As far as leading her- yes. And she says "I want more friends." I enable any time she may want to have a drink or dinner with a friend on her own. Again, I can't maintain that relationship for her. I will take a fresh look at my behavio…

That was poor verbage on my part. By "shut down" I meant a more critical approach not removed. The criticism happened over time, but in this case, I don't think it was deserved. OP clarified his plans moving forward, and the post made more sense and became more valuable.

Best of luck to you. You still have some serious oneitis issues. You're assigning the best possible motivations to her actions. Essentially, she was protecting you by fucking around on you instead of voicing a concern? To be clear here- the guy has been here for 3 years and has rewarded her cheating on him with more comfort, etc. He is rewarding bad behavior, listening to what she says instead of watching she does and a myriad of other basic shit. Why isn't this post getting shut down for the glaring issues at hand? He's owned his past mistakes, good for him. What about his present and future mistakes? What about her behavior, that gets a pass?

I'm aware of the pattern of behavior. My problem isn't her behavior, it is his reaction to her behavior. Does this read like someone 3 years into MRP to you? Second, the way leadership works is people are going to follow the culture you construct. If he built a culture of accountability in his ship, where he owned his shit in a way that she understands he is a man of value and has boundaries...does she trip and fall on this guy's dick? And if she does, should her explanation hold any merit? Why …

Something doesn't jive here. You asked your wife "why" she cheated on you. She then assigned the blame to you. Anyone seeing a problem with this situation? Yea, we all hold ownership of what happens in our life. However, your wife took another dick because you weren't giving foot rubs? Did she seek to ask for you to meet her needs in a way other than fucking beta bob? Would her requests have fallen on completely deaf ears? It's your fault her solution to the problem is infidelity? Yes, agree completely. Sometimes you do have to check someone.. Stare her down until she walks away. If you aren't capable, then tell her exactly what she means to you. Here's a hint- if this asshole of a woman means much to you when she behaves like this, then you aren't as far along as you should be. This is unacceptable behavior and if it is common, stop tolerating it. Motivate her to change, if you cannot motivate her, then move on from her. She is impeding progress in your life.

Always enjoy your posts. This was lengthy, I did skim the latter parts. I don't agree with one of the early main assertions. I'm paraphrasing, due to being on mobile: "your wife doesn't see herself in your end goal, she doesn't care about that, she cares about the feelings between then and now." There are parts of this idea that I can get behind. The push/pull of the moment is always powerful. The wise man uses that to his advantage when needed. However, a good leader should be able to use his v…

"At work I feel it is strictly employee/employer relationship..." You're a liar. If you felt like that then you wouldn't have wrote the line about "she's a sexy mistress." You don't know how to lead. You get frustrated at your own inability to inspire or lead. In other words, you like this arrangement when it's easy and don't when it's hard. It's hard because you haven't set hard boundaries and a common goal. The message should not be "you work for me." The message should be "we work as a team h…

You haven't been following here. There is no way. Let me rephrase your question- "I've been lazy as it relates to MRP and my own masculinity. I continue to reward poor behavior from my wife. I crave validation from my wife and that well has run dry. Help me fix my marriage..." here's the answer, no one can fix your marriage. Fix yourself, she will fill the container you build for her. Or she won't. By the way, your entire post is a massive covert contract. Start with identifying those and go fro…

The "don't want to be groped all the time" was just ASD. She liked it in the moment right? Pay attention to her actions, not her words. It's time to drop the whole cheating thing. If you're moving on from it, then do it. You have to own that part too, the moving on part. You want to verify every now and again, fine. Otherwise, the shit happened, you have decided to let it go, so let it go. Why are you so locked into her frame when the topic of sex comes up? You are already addressing your level …

Give me the specifics behind your statement of "ask a woman if she would rather be the wife or mistress." Are you referring to when women compete? In relation to this question, I would agree 100%. A woman knows the power of scarcity and new better than any man will ever fully comprehend. Or are you referring to just in a general sense? I would not agree here. Most women have a cold pragmatism that would say, "as a wife, I get access to resources most mistresses do not get to fully enjoy." In oth…

"Stop sending me pics of dudes." here's the other thing, you can't tell her what to do. If she asks, then stop at "I don't like it." The "don't do it" part is proving ineffective. Try eliminating that from your statement. You know your wife- if she's got a bratty aspect to her personality, allow her to hamster that she is making the decision on her own. When you communicate directly like this, which is how men "should" communicate and is a good thing, you are not leaving her hamster any room to …

I don't think it rude. I do this on a normal night out. My mindset is usually to talk to people around me. If I'm in a bar, say throwing at a dart board, then it wouldn't be out of place for me to draw the nearest table into my world. Now with that said, I'm never looking to stir shit between a couple. I'm not gonna fuck with a guy in front of his wife or anything. First, it has a low level of success rate if your goal is to take the woman home. Second, that's just not what I'm interested in- if…

Ignorance is bliss. I doubt she would appreciate your efforts to show her reality. She's happy right now in her beliefs, real or not. I doubt your efforts would even be effective and to what end? To make it lower effort to maintain her? I think it will not take much effort to reinforce her ideals and she is all the happier for it.

C.) Another option. You know her views. You can now sell your ideas daily based on that. Your push/pull game just got much that stronger. You are essentially arguing to kill her femininity. Those beliefs which are rooted in emotions of the moment are what make her a woman. Take it away and what do you have? Embrace it. Use it to your advantage.

Agree- the stupid part is I thought my ceiling was too low. That's the whole reason I was doing a seated press. I was aggravated with the injury so I tried it standing...fucking moron. Yea, I called it a shoulder pointer. I kept lifting through it. I adjusted from a sitting military press to a standing and I took 2 weeks off from my barbell incline press and did push ups with my feet on about a 30-40 degree incline. No more pain. I think I was tweaking it getting my weight out the hole on military press. I also adjusted my grip on my pull to chins and deloaded there for a week. My pain has subsided even though my lifts are all at higher weights now.

Plenty of great outlooks in the comments here. I do think you should have the vision talk with her. Whether now is the right time? Probably not. I would get a little further on your path. Your actions, your discipline, your owning shit are all things that raise your value in her eyes. It opens up her thinking to a "I need to fight for my place by this man's side." That "fight" is usually with her own ego. It is in changing herself and behavior. In essence, continue to lead by example until your …

Just because it's in the book doesn't mean I agree with it or the assertions presented there. If you're trying to quit drinking, then going dry makes sense. If you're trying to have more sex, then going dry just doesn't add up for me. I hate these posts. Why are you trying to stop having sex? If you don't want sex, don't fuck her. Do you have an active sex life that she initiates often? If not, here's what I see happening, you call a monk mode, then you get pissed at just how easy it is for her to go a month compared to you. I never understood this concept. If this is important to you, make it part of your vision. Over time, as she seeks your approval because she values your validation above others, you can instill the values you want into your vision. This is a secondary goal you can set on your map. Stay focused. Fix yourself and everything falls into place. Or it doesn't and you have …

You don't get it man. If JFK had gotten a call from Jackie O while he was enjoying some melting pot, you think he would have helped her out? You need to realize, this guys SMV is off the charts. We are talking city council and women chasing him left and right. If you think he is gonna leave that cheesy goodness to help out the woman that bore his children who give duty sex a few times a month, you are sorely mistaken. Get with the program Nancy.

I've reread his response to me and I think I am interpreting it correctly, he mentions there are firearms in his home and he is concerned about her resentment toward him if he draws a boundary. In essence "I'm worried if I stand my ground my wife, my wife will fucking shoot me." And you're wondering why I say it's a troll? Really? Here's the next question- if it isn't a troll, you think you can help someone who is this far gone? Be my guest.
/r/askMRP19/08/17 04:48 PM

Man, you've got to be trolling. If not, here's the deal- there is no time anyone in your house should physically touch someone in any negative connotation. Second- if you are legit worried about your safety in terms of guns then you need to get off the message board immediately. Pack up shit and other loved ones outside of Sybil and leave or remove the guns then work on removing her. No way this isn't a troll.

For me it's an indicator of a fair amount of instability and emotions running rampant in a home. My wife and I are in our 30s. We aren't teenagers. If either of us strikes the other outside of consentually in the bedroom, there will be massive consequences. I don't care that she can't seriously hurt me. It sends nothing but negative messages to the kids. She's my first mate, if I don't hit her, then why would I tolerate that behavior from her? Where is the break in communication that she believe…

I like it. This post isn't ground breaking but it does point to the fact that we are striving to be the best versions of ourselves. As a result, taking something an extra step to create an immersive environment or to just flex your masculine mind is valuable. I'm in a bit of a rut here. This post came at the right time for me.

I don't agree with some of this post. I'm glad your marriage is in a good spot. Whatever works for you, by all means, keep doing it. I think you still operate with some massive covert contracts. For instance: do shit for her friends...big points here. Gross. I'll do shit for someone because I want to help them. I'm not fixing a fucking sink to get my dick sucked. What is going to happen to you mentally when that covert contract gets blown up? Take it a step further...all of your post is about he…

Time to stop doing that. If she thinks you're creepy then you aren't attractive yet. Women want to see you act like a man. Be direct. Pin her arms to her body, kiss her passionately, take her clothes off and fuck her. Don't ask for permission. I man takes what he wants. You want her? Then fucking take her. Make her feel feminine as a response to your masculinity. Let your actions speak for yourself. Give her some motivation in not saying no. That motivation should be it feels good to say yes. Ma…

Also, initiate if you want to fuck her. Don't initiate because some random on the interwebz told you to. Initiate in a masculine way. Initiate in a way that she wouldn't want to tell her GF's about because she knows it would make them wet. Don't turn over and ask her if she's in the mood.

Don't ever "ask" for sex. Why are you listening to what she says? No. You should not yield your sexuality to a woman's whim. Lastly, stop being weird and re-engage in the process. Ahh, so why are you taking it out on your wife? That's just more beta behavior. When people watch you stomping around, do you think it impresses them? Your anger is nothing but an energy drain. If you're serious about this path, realize there's no getting that wasted time back, which is all the more reason to slam down the pedal and get the process going. Stop making posts about "when and if." Do the work. You don't get a timeline yet. You still suck. Time to not suck. Get to work.

Read more sidebar. Are you responsible for your wife's emotions? Just because your wife asks a question or gets upset doesn't mean you fucked up. First, to me, spanking a kid is never warranted. The bottom line is the kid is going to bring that out when you cannot administer it or are hesitant to do, not to mention, as you stated, they reach an age where it becomes impractical. Once they reach that age you haven't laid the ground work for what discipline looks like short of a spanking. Every good looking woman you know gets hit on 5 times a day. They are used to male validation. The VAST majority of those hits on internet dating sites aren't necessarily high value men, and they realize it. While it may feed egos and validation, married women aren't leaving high value men for that experience. There's a problem with your view point though. I hope you see it. It's a basic tenant of MRP.

There is a tipping point. There's a sector of time you will pass where everything comes together and she recognizes you as the man she wants. I don't know how to pin point it. How many days straight have to go right before she submits fully? Depends on the man, depends on the woman. But you are an attractive man by that point and you don't care by that point, and when you add those two facets together, a response happens as old as time. Keep working the process. Everyone wants to measure results…

Yes, I agree- "no frame" would mean exactly that. And to be clear, you encompassed the whole of all those words above you very succinctly. Thank you for that. My point is because of the framework of how it's used in application correction, I was concerned about mission creep. In other words, people thinking it's primarily defensive in application when it's not. It's a projection. Frame is pushing out, not stopping something from coming in. Good commentary- tank analogy is great.
/r/MarriedRedPill02/08/17 05:38 PM

I think it is both offensive and defensive. The nature of communicating on a message board means we are limited to the messages given by the other party. So when we read these FR of arguments and the like, we tend to view Frame as "holding frame" as it relates to an irate wife or something similar. In reality, the OP probably made a misstep much earlier when he failed to project his frame in a way that could have side stepped the argument altogether. Not only did he not hold frame, but he also f…

Mean it. Internalize it. If you're really not butt hurt then let her interpret how she wants...if you're high value and she interprets as your pissed at her, you'll likely be getting an apology and her looking for forgiveness. If you're not high value in her eyes, she is likely to test that frame to see if you're pouting. Again, if your goal is to get away from someone acting poorly, then I don't think you have to change what you are projecting. So if you are pissed your princess isn't acting th…

Nah man, I was playing a role. I didn't mean to waste your time. I was just fucking with you on the response. My initial comment was written in a purposely obtuse manner. I saw his post and saw a sales pitch. The salesman in me wanted him to sell his product more. I also know u/88will88 has a couple companies in some shape or form, so he's sold ideas before. The post and topic is simple. And yes, you want the community to be of a higher standard. And yes, you should develop your social skills, of which, this is a basic notion. That was the point I was driving at, the post as it stands, had no insight into a greater goal. u/88will88 usually writes post from a perspective we don't always have in this sub. Meh- I like to lash out at some of you flair guys. It's not about writing to the lowest common denominator. For OP, he should give his why to get buy in from the audience. We all have our own takes on application. I thought the method was fine. I understood this particular application, I just wanted it fleshed out more because it is a good post. Sure, we can all take the "fuck em if they don't understand" outlook, but that doesn't lead to the most adaptations of the idea.

I don't think he did say it was a test of self confidence. He implied it. He said it had to be delivered with utter confidence. He said he never fails at it. But that's "how" you have to do it in order to be effective. I'm asking "why?" What am I hoping to accomplish by making this a habit? If that is the goal, so be it, but that isn't how I've interpreted it so far.

I don't use much of the fogging/A & A tools. Most of those principles are based on someone being uncomfortable with confrontation or leading. I probably use A&A without thinking about it. Anyways, the question on hand is based on a couple premises- first, my wife is operating outside of my frame. That's the real problem. Her acting out is the symptom of the sickness, not the cause. My addressing her behavior head on is my frame. I'm not much for covert action and that type of shit. If she answer…

I'd say they are both action driven. Both strategies result in the same reaction- withdrawal of attention, etc. Again, I don't have a problem with your behavior. I prefer more simple/direct for my own solution. But that doesn't mean one is better than the other. The best actions are the effective ones. Yours was effective. I wanted to know your reasons behind your behavior. Good post and discussion.

You know your wife and this was effective for you, so I'm not knocking your strategy so much as playing devil's advocate. I don't see the need for the rest of the applications in this case. "Honey- you're being a cunt. Keep it up and no more dick for you." Wink and move on. Or just "stop being a cunt." Coupled with long eye contact and disapproval.

If you are going to draw a boundary, be ready to enforce it. If she behaves too shitty, too often then drop her. It goes from shitty behavior to just a shitty person. Standards aren't based on what you preach but what you tolerate. If you tolerate shitty behavior then in a way you are endorsing it. This is within reason of course. All people have bad days, snap at others, etc. You should let that shit roll off your back. But for disrespectful behavior or temper tantrums, if you view it as a hard…

I don't know that answer for you. I think what brings about the most progress in frame for different individuals is personality specific. For me, perspective did it. That's where it clicked for me. I was having a philosophical discussion with someone. I made a comment to him about being on a flying rock and how none of the shit we did really mattered on that type of scale. From there, it extrapolated into a lot of other areas in my mind. I don't want to ride that whole thought process, but yea, …

"Would at least appreciate it enough" Would, least, and enough are all words of rationalization. You had a covert contract. Own it.

No. You should develop a frame that doesn't crumble when someone voices displeasure in your actions.

I didn't mention sex in my post. Your covert contract was if I do this shit with the lawyer for her than she will be nice to me. (Or whatever the expectation was.) You do something because you want to do it, not with an covert expectation of a result. Was her behavior poor? Sure. That's not the question.
/r/askMRP04/07/17 08:18 PM
2

Yea, you're missing that you had a huge covert contract and you still do. Is it ever enough to be the best version of yourself? Here's a better question- Why would you want to be the type of man that it is enough? Don't be lazy. Also- Why the fuck do you care what your GF said? She didn't get her way so she's pissy. Did you expect another behavior from her? Oh that's right, I forgot about the covert contract you had...she wasn't supposed to be upset with you for a week or so for anything. Yes, y…

The whole come home and take the dog out thing was ridiculous. The behavior as a whole wouldn't have bothered me. However, that is our dynamic. Hanging up on me? That would be unacceptable. I take the time and patience to communicate as an adult should, she should follow that lead. If she can't deal with an adult talk as a couple, she can hit the road. With that said, I'm not chastising my wife for staying out until midnight with friends. That is acceptable behavior to me, especially when she ca…

Haha, this was painful. I know your wife really well now. Thank you for the informative post about your wife. This shit is never as hard as people make it out to be...stop being a potato. Start being attractive. Work out, don't be a bitch, stop living and dying by "what SHE says."

"But showing vulnerability is not the right way to seduce a woman." That depends on your definition of vulnerable. Vulnerability to me is honesty without apology. It's being passionate about anything without being concerned about the judgement of others. That in itself is seductive and most definitely "alpha." This is why I despise the label of "Alpha." There are too many stereotypes and inherent implications to the label of Alpha. Alpha to me means being your own judge no matter the company. Bu…

I don't think there's a revelation here. MRP is not about being "alpha" all the time. It is a mix of both beta and alpha. Both are needed to maintain a successful relationship. No woman wants a robot. Vulnerability is attractive. However, it has to be done in the right way. The issues with the cop- you fucked up. The fact that she stood by you isn't as a result of your lack of optimism. It is most likely a result of 2 factors. First, your wife recognizes the value of a relationship with you. As …

That sucks man. You are owning your shit. It is working like it's supposed to and your ready to give up. I'm not saying your wife doesn't suck, because she sounds pretty shitty right now. But, if you keep going, she may just enter your currently weak frame. A shit test is just her ego protection. It means she is finding you attractive. If you past the shit test, it is an affirmation of self worth. In other words," my man is high value because he is turning me on by owning his shit AND he had the…

I was chuckling at a good portion of your post. It's logical and makes sense. There are plenty of people that would agree with you 100%. I don't think this is much of an argument. All your assertions are largely correct. Maybe I was playing a bit of devil's advocate in my comments, though I do stand behind what I said. My only point is a man can reach a point where an activity doesn't define him as being masculine or not. His presence in the activity makes it masculine. Take 17th century Samurai…

I'm with /u/war_drunk. I get the gist of what you are saying, but I cook all the time. No I don't tend to bake, but that is more of a health choice than a gender role choice. In no way, shape or form did I say any of those things. You are trying to put words in my mouth. You're trying to tie it back to some other MRP teaching. Here it is, one last time: Game has it's place and is effective. I am referring specifically to the type of game althart referenced in his original reply. My point is that women do not necessarily want or need that type of game around the clock. If you are on top of your game, then spontaneity and the other tools mentioned in this post are vali…

Is this where I rush to defend my qualifications as it relates to MRP? That's unimportant to me. What is interesting is this conversation. /u/althart knows his shit. But I have a difference of opinion as to application. I say the practices listed in his post are valuable but are only one side of a coin. Don't neglect the other side because it isn't explored as in depth in the sidebar. I don't know where you are getting the idea of scheduled sex from my comments. I'm arguing against that idea.

I've never been to the TRP sub. Again, I agree with much of what you said. You're assertions are time proven. You can absolutely fulfill alpha and beta needs without subscribing to the idea that a woman needs particular behaviors to cause attraction and ultimately sex. My error was saying "I disagree." That's false. I agree that Kino and building arousal over a period of time is very effective. Where I disagree is how the post relates to women and the nature of their sexuality. Women embrace the…

I don't use terms like "Alpha" there are too many inherent meanings to those types of terms. I'm saying that Alt is 100% correct, warming your wife up, Kino, etc are all great tools and MAY be necessary at times. However, don't fall into the trap of thinking this is the rule. It isn't. Your wife wants to be possessed, she wants passion, she wants sudden bouts of affection and sex. That's all. There's a duality to women. At this point it is define "warming her up" but to answer your question- "hey hun, give me some head" will absolutely result in a great blow job. "Dangling it in front of her nose" isn't my style. Heres the reverse to your question- you walk in from a hard day of work. Your hot wife is standing in the bedroom folding clothes. You take her, pin her to the wall by the throat, kiss her passionately, move her panties to the side and fuck her hard and deep. Now according to your implied point- you ca…

Agreed. I also agree with alt, just pointing out something. "You have to warm her up feels a lot like "women are the fairer sex" and I think it can lead to some skewed thinking. Women love to fuck every bit as much as men. I guess that was the point I wanted to make, even though I did a poor job of it.

I disagree. If you're attractive, your wife will fuck you at the drop of a hat. In fact, spontaneity is a great tool most of us would be well served to embrace. If your tools are working for you, then there's the proof it works for you and your marriage. I think this kind of pigeon hole thought process can be counter productive and is a bit of ego protection for the OP. Yes Kino and the like are valid tools in your arsenal. That is undebateable. Agree wholeheartedly with this approach and the resulting social dynamic. My wife will make comments about it. The other day her friend came over, and I asked her about a home project the wife had mentioned she was screwing with. The lady launched into this long story and I'd add antidotes here and there. Glad you took some value from it. You do realize you can be a "nice guy" and still be a beast in the sac? Take what you want from your wife. "oh great he wants to fuck again" Why is this a problem for your wife? Aren't you attractive? Why wouldn't she want to fuck you?

You asked for a critique. I see you owned it with "read the whole light issue wrong." You then went on to tell me about your progress. Are you asking for validation of your actions or a critique? Validation from an internet stranger may feel ok for a bit. Your wife deep throating you when you walk into the door because you are the man she wants to follow, well that feels much better. Fuck your "win." Either you are a man who deserves to win big, all the time or you aren't. Are you the prize or n…

Best rule I have seen mentioned here that helped me decipher shit test from comfort test... Shit tests are about "you": "You are too...gay" whatever it may be... Comfort tests are about her. "I am worried I am being left behind.."- Just keep my balls empty and my belly full honey, I'm not going anywhere. The whole light exchange was weird. She was trying to help. She had told you earlier in the week she was feeling inadequate. You went autistic and made it about submission. Really, you should ha…

I agree with the premise of your argument here. on your first point about fear of her reaction stopping a man from pushing forward, completely agree. I also agree that initiating a "risky" behavior in the bedroom will have a much greater success rate. If you are going caveman in the doggy style position and stop, grab lube and try for anal, she is much more likely to agree in the moment than trying to talk about it over coffee. Sure, point taken, until you are wrong. There should come a point wh…

I keep seeing a recurring theme, and u/innominating picked up on it. Just because she got upset does not mean you made a misstep. MRP is not "If you do these things then your wife won't get angry." MRP is a lot of things. One aspect is develop a frame that in unshakable. SO when she does get mad, your frame stays intact. Thus she either chooses to stay miserable by herself or to join her attractive man in his fun and engaging frame. A lot of new MRP guys are not internalizing the fact that "she …

You can't foresee every possibility of danger in the world. Be a man that never stops thinking regardless of his surroundings. Learning how to defend yourself is important. However, the most important thing in any situation is controlling your emotions. They cloud your thought process. They slow reaction time. Controlling your emotions in crisis situations or in everyday situations is key. For example- the wife falls in love with a new apartment. The rent is within reason, but you see some thing…

A lot of these other comments have nailed some things. Here's another perspective, she was vulnerable. She gave you a compliment, which judging by the rest of the argument, may have been difficult for her. And you rewarded her by attacking her. You absolutely came across as a bitch with the, "Pffftt, that's not what your actions say.." Why are you trying to talk about fight club with your wife? Dumbass. You should have made her laugh, then initiated. Her: "I don't know what you're doing, but I l…

I walk around with a Samurai sword at all times. I'm always surprised when I get home at night that I went another day without being attached by a Zombie horde or wasn't involved in a hostage negotiation. Anyway, I figure I'm bad ass enough to bring a big knife to a gun fight and still prevail. Worst case, I'll just give my Alpha stare to any would be gunmen and they'll intrinsically understand it would be a bad idea to shoot me.

Sure. I don't see a problem with your behavior. I would add to make sure you are having fun. Don't be scowly, too intense guy. This shit is natural remember? All the time in the world, just a guy, busy being awesome, right? Your personal goals are fine but how are you going to sell your vision to your first mate? I'm not talking about right now, you have some progress to make first, but these goals are short term and BORING (to a disinterested mate.) Why should she follow you? Why should she sub…

Slow down. That will come with time. Right now, how can you lead when she doesn't respect you? Just lead yourself and as shit improves she will begin to follow your lead.

Do you have a covert contract that your actions won't anger her? Nowhere in MRP does it say, "your wife will be happy through this process." Sometimes she will be angry. Sometimes that anger will be justified. When it is justified, then own your shit. Sometimes it will not be justified. In the case you provided above, she could not get out of bed to meet the plans. You do understand that her being angry does not mean you haven't made progress, right? Just make sure you aren't being too Rambo all…

"You do whatever you want all the time, and I just exist to make that happen for you" Answer 1: I don't understand the question. (Said with eyes crossed and "franks and beans" voice.) Answer 2: Yes. Answer 3: Thank You. Answer 4: That's not true, sometimes you exist to please my sexual deviancy. Or you can answer however you want and not live and die by however she is feeling in that moment. You can calm the storm, you can feed the storm, or you can ignore the storm. Which suits you and your per…

Ok- to answer your first question- You do realize you don't have to tell her where you are going right? You can let her know you'll be back in an hour and just leave. You can tell her where you are going if you like too. That really is up to you. Honestly, there is nothing to be butt hurt over. You have shit you want to do....so go do it. Stop being angry at her over the chores. In the big scheme of things, it is your fault. The issue will be addressed over time. If you want to go to the mall an…

She texted you?! Holy Shit, what are you going to do? Start with what you won't do...engage over text. You want to respond with "talk when I get home." Fine. But you are a man on a mission and don't have time for a woman who can't do the fucking dishes. Next- you are not going to tell her to do more chores. You know why? Because it is unenforceable and doesn't fucking work. "Standards aren't based on what you preach but what you tolerate." Well, you have to tolerate everything because she thinks…

We won't find common ground on this argument. You believe there is something wrong with him denying a request. I don't. I think you assigning "human decency" or an illustration of love to agreeing to a simple request is a subtle form of manipulation. I think people inadvertently use this type of reasoning when it suits them. His wife is using this type of reasoning. Agree to disagree.

I disagree. If anyone, man or woman, asks me to do something, big or small, it does not mean I must agree to be considered a decent human being. I do not feel guilty saying no. I'm not concerned with qualifying my answer to their request. It has nothing to do with Beta or Alpha or any other label. Do you have the right to be inherently angry at someone for their not doing something you request of them regardless of the situation? Take it a step further- I said there was nothing wrong with her ma…

There is a fault in your thinking. Look at the words you use to describe her thought, emotions and actions. You are actually DEERing her behavior. If you had a strong stance here, you could argue your point without words like "just" or "innocently." Her intent or the fact that she made the request are not a problem. Her behavior after the fact is the problem. Just like his denial to her request isn't a problem. It is his considering her unreasonable response to his denial in any light other than…

That seems like a big covert contract...because I ask for something if she refuses, I stay mad at her for a couple days? Let's switch roles- me: wife, we are out of ice, can you grab some? wife: theres ice in the back freezer. I have to watch this dish im making for the party, i cant go to store. me: but that ice in the back isnt the type of ice i want, its a simple request. wife: then it should be easy for you to go get the ice you want. me: im gonna piss and moan for 2 days because you didnt g…

I disagree with some of this post. However, there is a lot of good information and insight. Yes, you need to own your shit and practice stoicism. You definitely should not talk about your weaknesses. Your friends/dog are there to help you through those struggles. I'm not going to engage in my wife's feelings over every passing event. I don't mind if she gets pissed at me. In fact, keeping the waters nice and docile all the time is actually the opposite of what I want in my sexual strategy. The a…

"Not much in the way of progress." Then why do you expect her to progress? How long have you been married? How overweight are you? How long have you been BP? What type of life do you want? Fast forward a year- where do you want to be?
/r/askMRP25/04/17 05:17 PM

What is your progress? Where are you on your map? Are there kids in the picture? She doesn't care for two reasons. First- she doesn't see you as valuable and cannot envision a world where you would either A.) leave or B.) She would care. Second, you aren't attractive and she doesn't respect you. As far as what to do: handle your shit, become a better man, lead by example. Either she will follow your lead and began getting her shit done as you become a more attractive man and she feels a sense of…

You handled it fine. Your mistake is having a problem with her being upset with you for not complying with her request. Essentially she is upset you aren't "acting" like her little bitch anymore. Is this a problem for you? That she is upset with you not going to the store? I say "acting" because you are obviously still solidly in her frame. I don't know how far you are in your path. I don't know your goals or vision. Proceed in the manner that best serves whatever kind of life you want to create…

"specific plan to initiating." This smells of autist approach. Are you scared she will tell you "no." Ego can't handle the rejection? You didn't initiate. You "requested" sex later which coupled with years of drunk captain behavior dried her up. Further, which may be the best plan because you are early in the journey, when you avoid fights, etc with the wife, you can inadvertently be hurting yourself in the sex department. Right now, if you are STFU and avoiding confrontation then you are probab…
