Hi, I just got my license. I have not really worked until I graduate college. I want to be as prepared as possible once I am out. hence why I will be joining toastmasters early next year. I have been shadowing my broker on a few of my dads deals. I recently negotiated myself with a seller, a deal down from 400k to 315k though :)
