She sounds like a bad person. It's pretty simple. Don't acknowledge people like that. Just ignore them. There's also always a way to maximize what you have. Some guys look good with a ton of facial hair/a beard. Maybe if you work on your teeth or some other area it will detract attention away from features that you don't feel as good about. Everyone has a flaw of some sort. It's just presenting what you have as well as possible.
