Seems like your new. Do a recomp, eat at maintenance. Lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. You'll see results faster and be more motivated. After a few months, when you look better and are stronger, consider a bulk or cut.

The stoic texts are as good a place to start as any. Marcus Aurelius, Seneca for instance. Frame is, loosely, attitude, purpose, presentation, morals... I'm not quite sure if there is a book that addresses it directly.

I recommend Marcus Aurelius' meditations, Senecas letters from a stoic, and as an introduction to stoicism the stoic handbook, which can be found on the new stoa site. Lots of info on /r/stoicism make sure to check the sidebar there. It's truly one of the more practical philosophies out there so good luck.

Holy fuck, it just clicked that this was how my mother treated all the men in her life. She contacted this one person whenever she needed something (a ride). I don't use the app myself, but apparently the pictures are not deleted forever. It's actually all saved (to a certain point). Apparently all the police have to do is fill out a request sheet or something, send it to the snap chat and in return snapchat sends back some pictures. As long as you're ok on your other fronts this should be the case, but even then it is not an excuse to slack off on your game, going to the gym or any other form of self improvement. Having a big dick alone will not get you girls, but it does increase your SMV(slightly) if the girl has some attractive friends.

My mistake, with that I meant close friends, not necessarily gender based. Though apologizing (backing down, losing face, giving others the upper hand, losing frame) is by no means good for you in the game of power. In quite a few situations, with new acquaintances even, sticking to your guns on something petty or opinion based will improve your standing, and give yourself a solid image. That being said, there are always reasons to apologize, and by no means should you avoid it.

Even though she's a woman, she is his superior and should be treated as such. His points are all flimsy, and saying "what" simply doesn't cut it. She is just described as impatient, and seems to do what she does with most people. He might be getting it a little worst, but only cuz he's new, as you said.

If you're able to sift through the shit ton of feel good bullshit and mountains of recycled inner game posts among other things, there is some decent content in /r/seduction. Tofutofu has some great content and insight into game, but sadly the community has grown exponentially, and in effect the quality of content deteriorated.

I really don't know too much about therapy other than when I went to a counselor at a young age, nothing really happened other than minor chit-chat. I believe that some people would like someone to listen to their problems with no social reprocussions, but I don't know enough about the profession to give a valid answer. I haven't been through any major incidents in my life where going to a therapist would be useful. This is all my opinion though and I can't speak for the whole of TRP.

I don't know too much about it, but I haven't seen TRP hate on therapy. Marriage/relationship counseling yes, for obvious reasons, but not too much for therapy/psychiatry. In any case, TRP encourages self development (working out, reading, stoicism and meditation). This can often solve your problems for you.

That would be a great read, knowing when and when not to say something is key. Just because we think something doesn't mean we have to say it out loud, for it gives opportunity for others to ostracize us and it opens us up to attack. We need not be sheep by following in the footsteps of the foolish, only to become fools ourselves. That being said, should we call out the fake shepherd others will be quick to antagonize us. I think it's a great analogy, describes how the wall for women is there, but it can be avoided if maneuvered correctly. With men, it describes how there is always a bar above our heads that forces us to meet the standards, and if we don't, we drown.

It's much different. For women, hitting the wall happens when they become less attractive, and are simply not worth anything as an LTR. With men however, our value stems from status, money, dominion, and looks, but to a lesser extent. We can still have value at the age of 60, while women can't. That being said, we can be without value for all of our lives whilst woman all have a prime which arguably lasts for 10-20 years. In the end, one is not much better than the other.

Ok, then I agree, but I don't think it's a matter of positivity, but of content. There's a lot more news pertaining to harsh things that happen out there than there is more positive articles. The harsh truths are necessary for those starting to swallow the pill. We don't want to attract the wrong audiences by seeming to give out feel good bullshit.

I downloaded from TPB and I'm clean, while Beige Philip is good, it's in no way the same as Black Philip. Later on I definitely recommend checking out the Black Philip show. There's a lot to learn from it, Patrice was a great comedian, and red pill to the heart. May he rest in peace.

On this sub you'll generally see that you should never be with a woman who holds more status, power, money, etc.. This may fit into that in a lot of cases, but this should be offset if you're dominant/established the right power dynamic.
