Let's say a guy is passionate about "X". Much of his life he has wanted to become "Y" and work directly in the field involving "X". I used that as an example because lots of the CNAs and RNs I've meet have cited some type of moral reason as a part of their decision to enter the field. I like that you bring up Mike Rowe.
