Yeah biggest takeaway from this for me is... You need to OWN your past for yourself. Not for some random girl. Not for some unicorn that doesn't exist. Yourself. The guy that sexualized it above was just about perfect for agree and amplify.

This ended up the winner. I met her last night, had a nice polite dinner, caught up on bs etc. Then left her at a train station where I boarded to go see the main plate. It was good, it reconfirmed that nothing has changed. She's hot, she's crazy, the things she does that annoyed me then annoy me now. Good riddance.

Yeah I'm torn. I'm ignoring for now, have about week till she is actually here. Shocked at how I felt but coming round to having a crack to test the frame. I know I'll need to either set up a plate for before or after to keep it low key. But the key thing is I'm aware. I've seen it for what it is. The 'fucking or fucking with' post is fresh in my mind.

If I knew what I know now then... Oh boy! Focus on your academics! They'll last for life.

It is a facisinating word with a great history. I think there are quite a few shibboleths in TRP lexicon. If I hear "all women are like that" I always double take.

I squat and have done on and off for years. During college I had biggest squat on the football team. Now I'm in my 30s I have toned it down. Does anyone else put a self constraint on their leg training? I limit myself to 300lbs, no belt, low bar position and wear normal gym shoes. I feel I stay strong, reduce chance of injury, have good muscle mass on legs and calf. But then my battle is not size/strength but always BF% so don't know if that makes a difference?

Front Squat, sure you might not want to max out the weight but pick a weight you can comfortably power clean and then work whatever rep works for you at that weight.

That Cliff Richard poster inside her wardrobe. Literally just clicked now. Damn.

Dread game works when you genuinely have other options. You're quiet because you are setting plans with other girls, working on your mission, etc. Pretending to be quiet and worrying what she thinks is not going to work. You are too invested and needy. You can play with it and sometimes fake it till you make it. But you should read the sidebar more. Search "soft next" and "abundence".

I think the point is you don't care. Abundance.

Walk in nature. Breathe fresh air. Try to learn something, anything. This month handstands for me. Why? Why not!?

Medical sales. When you are pitching to surgeons and consultants it helps to know the biology. A friend does it after a similar GPA and he travels the world selling a small unique product to brain surgeons.

I'll admit I don't have the answer yet. But in the short term (5-10 years) I'll seek it. The current SJW and socialist climate doesn't feel like the right time to make lifelong commitments apart to oneself. I can procreate for the next 35 years all being well. We have time to get it right, and it is vital that we do get it right.

Well, first I have spent my adult life educating myself in the pursuit of educating children. 6 years of teaching backed up with an M.Ed. Second I come from a caring loving family of teachers. All have kids, huge network of support and experience. Loving and doting parents to be wonderful grandparents. My sister most recently has had 2 and they both adore their favourite uncle. Third I have coached youth sports since the age of 16. I am a coach at world top 25 university part time. I understand …

I still haven't sorted in my head the kids thing. I've always wanted children. I will not force an unfit mother on my children. And it seems more and more mothers will be unfit. Bit of a catch 22.

And this will be fine for a subset of males who will not be trapped. Even more girls will be 'caught in the emotion'. Even more girls will be plates. We just have to stay strong and focus on ourselves.

How do you handle a known shift worker? I have a nurse I'm going to hit up. She works days and nights and I have no idea when.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
