I go to the Indian buffet several times a week. That's my secret.

Mountain Dew Baja Blast was sold in cans for the first time ever for a month or something so I bought like 10 cases of it at the store. Didn't actually really gain too much weight but still it was a turning point for getting healthy.

You know what else requires little willpower? Shoving your face like a pig with whatever food you want, then convincing yourself that your body is strange and gains weight unlike other people. At the end of the day its a lack of respect for your own body and well being. Whether its being a skinny lazy fuck or a fat one. Last summer I drank up to 10 cans of mountain dew a day. How did i stop? I just stopped buying fucking mountain dew and drank water from the sink when I was thirsty. You don't ha…

The kicker is, is that you won't notice it until its in your face. That's the truth. Right, which is why Ive taken pictures somewhat regularly. As of now Its the same hairline I have since I was born (born with full head of hair). Im sure I will always be worrisome about it. Glad I stumbled upon all this, I've always hated basing this stuff off of genetics and other factors. If I've learned anything from my Genetics class, its that gene expression can be affected by about a million different thi…

thank you! Man, I have never been so happy to have a huge-ass square head. If my skull gets any bigger I will look like megamind. This also goes along with the head shape of the two bald men in my family (rounded heads, low initial hairline). So hopefully Im still in the clear. I actually just started lifting about three months ago (6 days a week + creatine) and have noticed no hairloss of any kind.

I would love some sources and further info. Incredibly interesting stuff here. Whats your opinion on how genetics plays into MPB? what kind of family history should one identify to properly assess their chances of developing MPB? head shape? bone structure? paternal vs maternal? As a 20 year old with a maternal uncle balding by 25, and a maternal great-grandfather bald by 23 (my mothers maternal grandfather), I have always feared the possibility of going bald. I currently have a great hairline w…

You cant let the actions of a minority justify privatizing this sub. I would have never discovered any of the "manosphere" readings and teachings had this sub not been mentioned elsewhere on reddit, thus sparking my interests. This is my first post ever on this sub, and I have been reading it religiously for 5 months now. I am positive I'm not the only one in this position. Yes quality matters. But quality material comes from those with experience, and this sub provides the knowledge to provoke …

No offense to you... most people who can be honest with themselves are fucked up people who need help. Could you expand on this a little more? I've always noticed this (self-honesty) with myself and would like to know more about the correlation you mentioned here.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
