If there is one supplement in the fitness industry that has numerous studies behind it, it is creatine. Also, it is extremely cheap, I pay 15€ for at least 3 months of supplies. As of the effects of it, it will visually makes you look a bit more "full". (which may or may not be a good thing for you). The effects per workout are hardly noticeable for me however.

I have been on this program for half a year (done a couple of changes here and there), and I am still making progress in my lifts. If you are trying to lose weight it is not uncommon to have your lifts stall, or even decrease. This could be the reason.

Yeah I know, that sucks but I have always been skinny all my life, never went above 60kg (for 1m82) until I started counting the cals... Lifting is the only physical activity I do, and frankly I would not be able to do anything else. 6 days a week at the gym is quite exhausting. I think at some point I'll have to start making shakers and shakers because it's the easiest way to reach the daily calories requirements.

Yes, I have been bulking the entire time, I aim for 1kg per month, as I noticed that my bench started stalling when I was not gaining weight. The fat gains are very reasonable, I can probably keep going for another 6 months before cutting. At the moment this means ~3500 kcal a day, so I have to eat every 3 hours in general. As a student my diet is pretty simple, rice, milk, oatmeal and bread for carbs, eggs, almonds/nuts and peanut butter for fat, chicken breast, ground beef and whey for protein…

Been running it since 6 months now. Had previously a couple of months of calisthenics training but diet was shit back then. Here are my 5RM, at current weight ~70kg: Bench: 85kg, OHP: 57.5kg, DL: stopped because of back injury, High Bar Squat: 90 kg (I know it's trash but I couldn't squat for months because of that back injury) My physique has changed quite a bit in 6 months, and I'm very satisfied. This is likely beginner gains coupled with a good diet, but a lot of people seem to recommand SL …

I started taking ZMA this summer when for some reason I had trouble sleeping at night, fucking my sessions at the gym. I don't think it helped me sleep faster, but my sleep was much, much deeper than usual. It also gave me lots of freaky lucid dreams during the first weeks, which is imo the only reason I would start taking ZMA again. Recovery wise I didn't notice anything unfortunately.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
