The primary issue with your text game is that you're trying to overtly demonstrate value and overtly establish frame, the subtext of which is loud and clear: "I AM A FRAUD, AND I'M OVERCOMPENSATING." Show, don't tell.

Also, I recommend you specifically look for a psychiatrist with ECT experience. ECT is especially effective in people like you with MDD or bipolar II refractory to medication.

Yes, I read that part. I read the whole thing. If you want to be treated for your depression (and it sounds like you do), you'll have to see a psychiatrist. I strongly encourage you to do so. But, if you tell your psychiatrist you plan to kill yourself, your psychiatrist has an ethical and legal obligation to prevent you from doing so, even against your will.
