I'm 157 cm (5'2) 13% or so body fat and Hispanic. N count 50+ for sure but stopped counting. I've only fucked one girl shorter than me. I fucking slay and my friends have no idea how. I wear boots so it pushes me a little more but not too much. A recent plate I had wore high heels all the time and is naturally 170cm (but she got too attached so I had to end it). You just gotta learn to not give a fuck and game well. I can't even comprehend how you could feel inadequate when it's just girls man. …

I'm in this situation right now and I completely, absolutely agree with you.

When an LTR takes an extremely low level of maintenance on top of other benefits you're receiving, it's worth it.

Another big factor here is the fact that social media is sparingly used, due to Japanese people thinking that putting their info on the net will compromise their privacy. This takes away the validation behavior that girls in the west are addicted to. If you speak Japanese at a high level, it's easy here. Same TRP principles apply. Be fit and have game. If you don't speak Japanese and have to resort to the foreigner bars and clubs, it's 100x harder.

I would add one more. How does she handle money? If she can save and not go overboard, that is a big green flag. It can be an indicator of self-control which I deem the most important trait of a girl.

Girl quit her job, paid for expensive flights to me, has no qualms about screwing in the changing room of a boat and swallowing although she "didn't use to like it." Becoming a girl's alpha causes the red pill make so much sense.

This post is sensational bullshit. Obviously the English speaking gold diggers are going to be the only girls the expats will encounter so their perception is skewed. If you can speak Chinese and get actual local girls it's another world. AWALT, but there are lots of decent girls in Hong Kong. You won't find them in clubs and bars though.

That makes sense. When I was at a work conference a few months back, we drank together and I told them some red pill truths. Afterwards, one of the guys told me that "I have a bird eye's view" of it all. Even when men are wrong, it has logical reasoning. X + Y = Z. "saying I'm a feminist + taking her out to dinner = sex" Men are hard to convince because they can have "frame" towards their wrong assertions. Distance (mindfulness) is important to realize where we have been screwing up.

There is value in these posts, but people are seeing that you are getting bashed in the comments so they won't post anything or they'll join the bashing. I see what you're trying to do and hope that you don't give up before the end.

Thanks for sharing. I will try that technique and report back.

Thanks man. After using that technique, the difference is night and day. There have been many great changes, including staying present and holding frame easily in difficult situations. In the Charisma Myth, the author mentions feeling body sensations to stay present but I think mediation works better, or at least complements it well.

Pro tip for meditation I learned from a monk. When breathing in think in your head "rising" When breathing out think "falling" If something other than that pops up in your head think "thinking" until you go back to the previous two. I've been doing that for months now and I can wholeheartedly say it's better than not thinking about anything, or trying to focus on some specific sound.

Somewhat unrelated, but another mistake that I suspect many are guilty of, is while following TRP posts, the sidebar, and some of the bloggers like Rollo and Illimitable Man, they neglect to read many great books or will write them off. I was guilty of this with books such as The Way of the Superior Man and Models. I saw that there was a lot of romanticized, non-TRP sections, mere sentences even, that would turn me off from the entire book. However, I've realized now that there is tons of wisdom…

Exactly. I live abroad and some of the men who frequent the gym are relatively strong, work hard and very committed but the diet here is not high in calories and low protein. It pains me to see them not reach their full potential because of their dietary habits.

Good point. Girls, solipsistic by nature, attempt to be more attractive by doing what a man would do, one they find attractive. Either way, caring about little shit in an LTR shows insecurity on the male. There's a fine line between boundaries and insecurity.

Internet blockers at work don't let me access personal blogs (but reddit is fine) and it pains me that I always have to wait until I get home to read Illimitable Man and Rollo's posts

This would be fun to try with Japanese girls, because addressing people by their names even while talking directly to them is used a lot in Japanese. Challenge accepted

It has happened to me more than a few times, after I reject their advances. They're vicious about it too.

The sad truth is that less than 10% of TRP subscribers will appreciate these kinds of posts because they want to read about what some slut wrote on 2X or some other trash subreddit to prove AWALT. It's been notorious recently as great writers like Illimitable Man and Rollo are barely getting upvotes while others drive-by link some bullshit blue pill example as if we don't have enough. It comes with the territory of getting many new subscribers but it's unfortunate nonetheless.

I agree, context is huge. My job includes translating and interpreting for people. Last month a large group of college students came to the country I'm in and I was assigned to them. Those girls were all over me because I was the cool, traveled guy speaking multiple languages. I am valuable in that context and in that country. However, I've noticed that when I go to other countries, the westerner who can speak their language is given an inflated SMV because he is valuable in that context. Unfort…

There is always room for observational comments at these kinds of events. "The way that couple is dancing is amazing. I've tried dancing a few times at my high school dances but I couldn't even look the girl in the eyes. I should join a local dance class or something" There is a myriad of possible responses that could result from that comment. 1) high school dances. 2) the style of the couple dancing. 3) local dance classes. 4) their own personal experiences, etc.

We control the scene like a painter controls their canvass. Illimitable Man wrote a great line, something like "good feelings and humor are valued in social situations, not logic and being right" and that has struck a chord ever since. The reason small talk is important is that it generates these good feelings and shows our humor, which others perceive as power. The Machiavellian in us uses it as a tool.
/r/TheRedPill03/12/15 04:03 AM

That's true. Small talk and gaming at a bar can be similar but there are some key differences, such as a girl not being prepared to be talked to during the day. This will lead to them thinking something is off if you ask them a personal question. Catch them with our inner monologue, as if we are talking to ourselves and they happen to be a prop. They'll want to join in.

I made a post regarding small talk which I think can help people attempting this challenge. It's titled "Small Talk: A Short Guide on Making Conversation"

Does this account for Americans overseas? In the unlikely event that I get married, it wouldn't be to an American girl and it would be unfortunate if I add a fraction of a point to seemingly support marriage in America.

I'm 24 and this posts really hits home as well. My best friend is a pretty smart guy but has no aspirations in life that don't involve his SO. He has a formulated timeline in how his future with her will progress and is not receptive to any red pill beliefs I try to drop on him. I distance myself from him other than the occasional craft beer drinking session, but I dread the day his SO breaks up with him, because it will seriously make him suicidal.
