I do 8 iu a day split 4iu am 4iu pm. This is a HIGH dose. It takes a month to start feeling the effects although if you start at high doses early you can feel carpel tunnel symptoms before anything thats why its better to start low and ramp your way up. at 5'10 187 it shouldnt take you months to be lean. You should already be pretty decent. Im 6'1 , 212 lbs and I have abs when i flex. Diet and am cardio for a month and you should be good to eat a balanced diet and work out without putting on fat. This. My test was on the lower end of the spectrum and i was a skeleton early highschool. I started using test and BOOM - That shit saved my life. Still was BP, but I was actually getting attention from females. loved it.

Why dont you just keep doing what you are doing.... A lot of people here will tell you to next her or demote to plate, but, if she's treating you like a god, why would you want to stop that? If she changes, or your relationship changes, then you make a decision.

Why not save a little bit of money, research a good Dr and fix your nose? There's NOTHING wrong with getting a rhinoplasty. Edit: You can even get jaw/jawline lipo for cheap. Always improve yourself.
