I was once like you. I felt anger towards betas and viewed the world as alpha and beta But as time goes on you begin to embody the knowledge in your actions instead of your thoughts. You pay no mind to other “betas” (quotes because you don’t mentally label anyone as beta you know on a deep level). After internalizing this you live your life and move forth paying 0 attention to what is alpha and what is beta Has anyone here had the same experience as I?

I’ve held the perception that OYS is time consuming and not worth it. Here’s to trying

OYS #1 Physical: 7/10 20 Y/O 5' 10" 195.9 lbs ~19% BF. Goal weight of 185. Down 9 lbs in the last 3 months The rate of fat loss is slow but steady. I've just been doing intuitive eating and getting more in tune with my body. I'm looking to increase my fatloss to 1 lbs / wk which might mean I need to pay a little more attention to what I'm eating. Working out is the easy part for me I consistency go 4-5 times a week and do cardio every time. It's just a matter of consistency and time until I re…

It sounds like things went well. Glad you were able to have the courage to have a tough conversation and more or less come out alive You seem like you’re on the right track keep it up!

I wanted to take pause, revel in the moment and then keep moving forward. Thank you for the wise words. I will keep this in mind

Edited leg stats didn't know if a 4x8 is acceptable but there ya go XD. Next semester I'll be more intentional about socializing and finding groups to intermingle with. Thinking about this I might need to start something irl like this

Edited leg stats didn't know if a 4x8 is acceptable but there ya go XD. That makes sense I need to find activities to get involved in. I've thought about mens groups at church as well but found when I went to one they were older and soft. What I'm truly looking for is a brotherhood dedicated to sharpening one another. Maybe it's on me to create such a thing

Credibility is the foundation of influence. If you’re trying to get someone to agree with you you want to be as credible as possible

Then I’ll be incredibly secure and content with myself Stop lying to yourself. If then statements only set you up to think this one thing will be the thing that changes your life. No one thing will change your life it’s a lot of little things over time

This argument screams a MGTOW who builds his entire worldview around red pill frame work This is my fear with the red pill, that it becomes part of people’s identity and they forget Jesus is their identity not the ideas of this world Edit: claim checks out. post history extensively MGTOW with some r/misogyny

There is AWALT but there's also AMALT (men). You can answer your question by asking yourself if you're able to keep from having sex with a hotter girl than you current SO/ wife

I’m currently reading “Daring Greatly” and it’s really helped me see that I have a vulnerability problem and that i have been masking my “I’m not good enough” thoughts with striving for success. My main takeaway is that the difference between people who have mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and those who don’t, is that those that have it believe they are worthy of it. They just like you and me are broken (sinners) yet they believe they are worthy. Know that you are worthy and there’s no…

I haven’t posted an OYS because I’ve felt ashamed of myself. The reason I’m writing this now is because of what I heard from the book “daring greatly” saying vulnerability is not weakness, it is truth and courage. I’ll take a swing at writing more when I have time

RPC isn’t a place for love stories You don’t even have an apparent question See the side bar about how to ask for advice here

Consistency over perfection. Slipped up and ate something you shouldn’t? Doesn’t matter you’re still on your grind, reorient and continue on. Missed a workout today? You’re alright just keep going. Pussy out on a set? You’ll get it next time. Don’t let one small negative thing snowball into something it shouldn’t

I’m 20 and I have found this subreddit help me. I’ll let the people who are more invested in this argument go at it. From what I can understand you’re critique of RPC is to “seek first the kingdom of God” and that everything will fall into place. I’d agree. BUT without this sub I wouldn’t know what it means/ looks like to be a strong man of God. I was absolutely lost as a Christian in an rp environment telling me to sleep with as many women as possible and then deepstrength’s blog and this sub h…

Thanks for the post. I have been feeling but not articulating your point that the red pill is a place to visit not to stay. I have yet to suck all the marrow out of RPC but I think the point is approaching soon enough.

I agree with his conservative values but think he’s over the top at times. In my mind he’s in the “only watch for entertainment” category along with Steven Crowder

Just hypothesizing here, don’t really know. You may still be doing all your things you need cause they don’t conflict. But it seems this girl is a top priority and would be put over what is required of you if things do begin to conflict.

Interesting point of pushing a sore spot. Honestly didn’t cross my mind It seems that I mistakenly took silence for agreeance Before going I wanted to play but wasn’t looking to play long. How should I have framed and handled the pre-activity interaction so I wouldn’t end up in the situation I did

Other people have gone in depth enough. Avoid her at all costs. 3 For the lips of the adulterous woman drip honey, and her speech is smoother than oil; 4 but in the end she is bitter as gall, sharp as a double-edged sword. 5 Her feet go down to death; her steps lead straight to the grave. 6 She gives no thought to the way of life; her paths wander aimlessly, but she does not know it. 7 Now then, my sons, listen to me; do not turn aside from what I say. 8 Keep to a path far from her, do not go ne…
