I prefer the scale that allows for 10 on the basis of rounding up. A good measure is that you're seeing about 3 10s a month if you live in a city (adjust for how busy the areas you work/live are. Just seems a shame to constantly work on a scale of 1-9.

While I agree with this sentiment, I disagree with the point in the sense that it creates a false dichotomy. While blaming women/feminism may be hurting your game, and can lead to unhealthy opinions/dispositions it can still be acknowledged that feminism in its current form is awful.

Genuinely couldn't care less if this gets down-voted, but I do hope that you consider what I have to say, as I don't think anyone in this thread has suggested a compelling enough treatment for the actual cause. I wouldn't necessarily bother reading books, I wouldn't bother seeing a shrink (I both have a degree in psychology, and understand the nature of your frustration/loneliness, so I am somewhat qualified to say this), and unless you're obviously unfit/have bad hygiene I wouldn't bother consc…

I haven't read the study, as I find the subject matter uncontentious when considering evolutionary psychology, but I imagine the study controlled for this? If not the study is next to worthless, which I'd be surprised of.

This is the second post I've ever read on this subreddit (I've come here on a recommendation from a friend), and I know I'm right at home here. You're absolutely right, and the signalling of security is huge, but I would go one step further here, which has paid off for me a stupid amount of times. Whenever making a self-depricating dick joke, do so in the earshot of a friend who can refute your claim. It's a fucking dynamite tactic dude. You look humble, confident, and convey that you have a rea…

Oh, yeah, completely agree, I've felt the sting of it myself, not pleasant.

the debate game is not fair Hey dude, are you able to clarify what you mean by this? Just curious.

I love that big, heaping shitpile of a strawman/slippery slope fallacy "how far do you want to go back? The middle-ages?" I'm surprised they didn't just straight up call him a child molester. There's a level of conspicuousness here that you simply have to admire.

And in plenty of cases women get paid more. This topic is so uninteresting, and your position on the matter is so flawed that we really just need to stop.

Couldn't agree more, so many comedians and tv shows (Ricky Gervais/ Rick and Morty) keep inadvertently breaking life into it when we need to be killing it with fire. Ps RG and R&M are two of my favourite things in this world, but they seriously need to stop arguing from a position that gives it any credibility.

Perhaps as they've actually stumbled onto a half truth. Four scenarios: 1) hot dudes, ugly girl 2) ugly dudes, ugly girl 3) hot girls, ugly dude 4) ugly girls, ugly dude. The only acceptable scenario would be 'ugly girls, ugly dude'. Hence it seems to be a matrix involving both the issues of gender and attractiveness.

We're equal in rights and status (hmmm, actually, not necessarily the rights part, dudes often have the raw end of the deal), but no, we are not equal - we're different, and should enjoy these differences, not use them to enforce some weak SJW narrative.

I may have missed the boat here, but I feel I have something to contribute - my issue is that yes, we should acknowledge that the two main genders are different, and therefore different rules should sometime apply. The issue is that the side of women's rights choose to enjoy the benefits of these differences where they can, yet scream injustice at something which is really just a natural state of human interaction. Posts like this are petty (as most guys really wouldn't care), but it does help t…
