eat everything in sight. Protein shakes breakfast lunch and dinner. lift heavy, get a good night's sleep every night. To answer your main question about vitamins, it wouldn't hurt, but you will see little to no benefit or improvement in any aspect of your life by taking them

Join a sports team then - I always throw out the suggestion of rowing, and you would make a decent lightweight given your height and weight. Rugby could be a good one too. Male camaraderie is definitely something that can be beneficial to any TRPer's life. With joining a sports team you also get the added benefit of lifting / exercise regularly and therefore keeping those T levels up. You also get social proof and an existing social circle. Plus it gives you something productive to do, and somet…

Activities - co-ed rec sports. I'm sure there are great football (soccer) leagues or rugby leagues around London. Martial arts too? "Hey I'm new in town" and a kind smile go a long way when connecting with new people. Financially speaking, put away 5-10% of each paycheck as an emergency fund. And try not to get yourself buried under heaps of credit card debt. My biggest mistake once I had money out of college (I'm 24 now and just getting out - destroying the cards once they're paid off).

Join a sports team in college if that is your path choice - even if you are going w/o having been recruited. You learn the value of teamwork, discipline, get in shape, and it provides great social proof and a social network. Ones you can sort of just pick up with no prior knowledge are ones like rowing and rugby. Great male camaraderie, you work out like every day in programs that actually take this shit seriously, and it's overall a great experience IMHO. Plus you'll get access to female studen…

They are loyal, we just disagree on women. I don't openly say this is TRP stuff when we talk about it, but some people just can't wrap their heads around AWALT. Besides, my results speak for themselves while they get cucked and friendzoned and think their next one will be better / unicorn. Some people just can't unplug and accept uncomfortable truths. Isn't that a red pill truth in itself?

Fair, sent it to the open-minded ones is probably a better way of putting it. Sending it to my friends who think I hate women is obviously out of the question

Your online dating guide is great man, changed my whole outlook on it I highly recommend it to all users and send it to my friends who are stumped about tinder and whatnot

I ask them how much they weigh. Same idea, a little more obvious though. Only the really dense ones don't pick up on the idea that 2-3 numbers / measurements don't give you the entire picture.

learn to row, either boat or erg - you'll lean out but won't get "runner skinny" You'll develop great legs, core, and back. Make sure you keep eating big and healthy. Make sure you use proper form. Rowing is incredibly low impact, but if your form is shit, you will find yourself getting injured incredibly easily.

Large cities with some kind of international presence. Think NYC, DC, LA. But the biggest disadvantage is thinking that you have a disadvantage

This sub has done more for me in one month than the rest of reddit has done in my two years of membership. What a great day to make my first post here and say good riddance to the toxic subs that will auto ban me. Even though I grew up with a great family, a strong alpha as fuck father who took the lead and a first mate mother who raised me, god rest her soul, there was still something missing. That something was TRP So as I sit here in my post-workout haze chugging my protein shake, I'm smiling…

Start watching standup comedy acts on netflix, listen to them on spotify when driving, learn wit and word play and let the double entendres commence. Don't let the media wash over you though, really internalize the pacing, the tone, and how they carry themselves. I find that I'm very good at the on-the-spot zinger or roast, clever word play, telling jokes, etc. But I absolutely suck at telling stories. Treat learning to be charismatic as another form of self-improvement (like lifting) that only …

Go to r/fitness and search PPL, that's a good workout routine to start. Eat big. Eat healthy. Other people may recommend SS, and frankly it doesn't matter, the end result will be the same. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Don't be afraid to get a personal trainer at first to teach you the lifting basics. Don't be afraid to fail. Real men are forged in the fires of adversity. Working out feels amazing - former hs + college rower here - and really gets you in a great mindset for life. I never feel…

I read in another height related thread something along the lines of: "Honey, if I was 6'3 and looked like this, do you think I would be talking to girls like you?" Queue shit-eating grin

Born and raised DC here. Last weekend visited Denver, this weekend I am in LA. The difference in women is like night and day. I've come to realize in my 24 years of living in DC and having extensively traveled the country and world that DC women are not worth LTRing - pump and dump / plate only. "If you want a friend in DC, buy a dog." - ancient proverb Much of DC culture revolves so much around your job. Consulting and government work are huge. Who do you work for (gov)? Where do you work (cons…

Very polarizing - I only tell people that need to know: family, police, close friends. Why should I tell a plate that I carry? There are other ways to give warrior-protector tingles besides advertising that you carry around a gun everywhere, right?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
