Bitter devorcees who blame all women for the fact their wife didn’t love them

I think it’s a shame because MGTOW could have been a movement where men work on themselves, but dating aside and learn a hobbie or new skill learn to love being single etc with other guys supporting them like “nice mushroom risotto you made yourself there man” and “thanks bro, cool bike riding skills” instead it’s all bitching about their ex’s for leaving when they cheated on them and “women experience at 30 why would you fuck loosey goosey” “na just a pump and dump mate”. Such a shame they soun…

The only way you will be free is if you stop using incel language like “simp” and “chad”. Congratulations on your new look, but consider adopting a more positive vocabulary.

This is a very good bit of advice! The rest is awful

Men saying they are downtrodden are emotional not factual then. I could say the exact same thing. Doesn’t mean anyone is more or left correct in
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/20 05:39 PM
1

Well sorry but you just sound like a bad person. I don’t know how anyone could be so rude about someone who’s attempted suicide.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/20 05:35 PM
1

There are logical reasons that women are actually downtrodden too. What’s your point? Men have it worse? That’s simply not true, neither gender has it worse over all.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/20 05:33 PM
1

I don’t know why it’s difficult for you to understand. Calling someone an attention seeker for failing a suicide attempt is wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/20 05:31 PM
1

My point exactly. You feeling downtrodden doesn’t mean you are any more than I.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/20 05:20 PM
1

Occam’s razor isn’t always the best way to solve things though. Your not wrong that’s what the articles suggested, but calling them “attention seeking” is an incorrect and insensitive phrasing.

Your stance is society intrinsically harms men, mine is that- a women could say the exactly the same thing with her own argument, doesn’t mean either is correct. But that anyone feeling downtrodden can make a case that they have it worse off. Your point is “society intrinsically harms men” Mine is that anyone feeling downtrodden could make the case “society intrinsically harms X” and I’m the one arguing from emotion?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/20 05:09 PM

Logical?! Unscientific and biased more like! Papers suggested the reasons why are, women didn’t want to actually die as much as men and that they care more about how people may find them, among other things. In this discord the phrase “attention-seeking” is nothing but a colloquialism, to use this term in a conclusion from the statistics given suggest you aren’t actually interested in learning about the issue but seeking an excuse to frame women in a bad light. If I wanted to frame men in a bad …

Oh the irony.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/20 04:40 PM

You could argue the same for women while citing a different reason. You saying that add nothing.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/20 03:34 PM

That’s a very broad question that’s probably requires a lot of research but To simply conclude that the reason is because women are attention seekers is a crude response. Here’s an interesting article on the matter. https://bmcpsychiatry.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12888-017-1398-8

It hurt women to open up too, it’s not a competition the only difference is, Society expects women to open up and unfortunately doesn’t encourage men to .
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/20 12:01 PM

Oh I think it’s horrific, especially to suggest that women choosing overdose over a gun means they don’t actually want to die they are just attention seeking?! I thought it was bad enough using these statistics to essentially say women don’t love like men do. The statistics do nothing but bring light to the issue of male suicide and lack of support for their grief. Serious issues only to be weaponised in the pointless which-gender-is-most-heartless war.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/20 11:57 AM

That’s what op is trying to suggest but I think they’ve made a wrong conclusion.

That can be argued both ways.

I mean it should be both men and women really. I as a women find it easier to open up to my female friends, so I guess guys will find it easier opening up to male friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/20 11:46 AM
1

Women are more likely to be widows and it’s more socially acceptable for them to get help. The issue is that men need and deserve more support through grief and mental health. (Ie widower groups for men and coinciding opportunity’s) Men also are more likely to turn to substance abuse, we need to start recognising addiction is a disease and help save its victims. these statistics do not prove the RP narrative that women are gold digging, devoid of empathy, opportunists but simply bring to light s…

That’s a bigger question than you think, even in murder women tend to favour poison. It’s got nothing to do with actually wanting to die vs cry for help.

Ah you seriously misunderstand women then. Good luck
/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/20 01:39 PM

How would you know she’s promiscuous? She probably has more experience. Your saying women who are good in the bedroom disappoint you? Paradoxical!
/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/20 01:03 PM
1

It’s not a paradox having many sexual partners doesn’t make a person promiscuous. They could have been in many relationships. Doesn’t mean they sleep around.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/20 10:01 PM
1

My objection is you not holding yourself to the same standard. What your essentially saying is a women having a past with multiple sexual partners is as bad as a man who has a past of rapist/ felon. If you want to compare a mans past to a women’s past use the same material, don’t you dare Allude that a women not wanting to disclose how many sexual partners she’s had is as abhorrent as a man hiding the fact he’s a convicted rapist. I don’t care that it’s not your preference to be with someone who…
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/20 09:54 PM
1

Yeh. But I said if she doesn’t have stds or a history of cheating/ being promiscuous it doesn’t matter how many people someone has slept with. Have a standard sure but hold yourself just as accountable.

You sound a little too red pill for this sub. Take your anger and cool off dude.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/20 05:58 PM

If she loves you and is only having sex with you what’s the issue? women lie just as much as men actually. If you care that much about how many people she’s slept with I hope you hold yourself to the same standard!
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/20 05:42 PM

I agree 100% it’s such an arbitrary thing to bother about, there are far more important attributes to consider while choosing a partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/20 02:38 PM
2

I agree it’s no one’s business and so long as a person hasn’t got a history of cheating or stds it really doesn’t matter. There are so many more important things to consider when looking for a partner, compatibility attraction etc. It’s a childish thing to get worked up over
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/20 02:37 PM
2

Is a very vague phrase too “her past” like a women may have had many sexual partners but that doesn’t mean she’s promiscuous or has stds or a history of cheating. It’s arbitrary.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/20 02:32 PM
3

Nowadays women aren’t slut-shamed like the used to be, your kidding yourself if you think you can get a girl who’s had fewer than 6 sexual partners. And honestly that doesn’t matter, as long as she’s not got stds it is an arbitrary point to fuss over. So long as she hasn’t got a history of cheating don’t compromise and risk getting in a LTR or wife who you don’t find attractive don’t get on with just because she’s virginal. That’s just stupid. Also doesn’t everyone, men and women look for a part…

No not really, health insurance is less than a pay check. A women doesn’t stay with her I’ll partner because she’s a gold digger she stays with him because she loves him.

Thank you, for finally pointing out what I thought was the obvious. I’d like to add to your- Men have this idea that the house wife option is the dream and that women had it so lucky not needing to work point- that most Men wouldn’t know what it’s like to do the bulk or all of the housework as even nowadays women do 60-70% of household chores despite being almost 50% of the work force. And because of this don’t truly understand what the hell they are on about when discussing housewife’s; foolish…
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/20 08:40 PM

That’s simply not true and a very reductive way of talking about relationship. Just because a person is physically attractive and good at getting people in bed, it doesn’t mean they are emotionally compatible with everyone.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/20 11:10 AM

Ah I get it. Your red pill. Good for you
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/20 01:20 AM

But that is the topic of the thread. In regards to this particular issue, by comparing men to women you have made it less about the issue but about who has it worse men or women. Both men and women face similar (if not the same) issues in dating and starting a conversation about an issue as if it were a gendered problem when its not isn’t a conversation about the issue it’s point scoring: who has it worse.

“Refusing dating advice from women and doing the complete opposite of what they told me has paid off wonders for my sex life” if you wanted more than sēx you’d say “dating life”. There is nothing wrong with wanting sex. But for a healthy relationship you need advice from men and women. Or you make relationships a them vs us situation which isn’t healthy
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/20 01:10 AM

Your whole post is you being personal, you are projecting. I’m pointing out that you saying “dating is more difficult for men than it is for women” based on how you feel is more or less you playing the victim. “Playing the victim helps no one” isn’t an ad hominem it’s sound advice, and very relevant to the discussion, if you stopped assuming this was a problem only men face you may find you have more luck in dating as you will learn many women have a lot in common with you. Your going about life…

It’s not not an ad hominem, I never attacked you.

Yeh if you just want sex, sure talk to other men and learn all their tricks how to con women into fücking you. But if you want a healthy relationship then you need to talk to both men and women. Because men and women are different, and you can’t truly understand how to be in a healthy relationship with the opposite sex if you don’t take their advice.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/20 12:43 AM

No, I’m being realistic. Playing the victim helps no one

Dating isn’t hunting and Not all men who appear successful in dating are actually successful. Dating is not men vs women, it’s not about deceiving anyone, you are never going to get good honest advice from anyone (man or women) who believes it is. Refusing advice from the opposite sex will be your downfall- listening to an individual who fits the demographic of the person(S) you wish to pursue is the best way to understand them.

I feel like your making a very bold assumption- assuming these issues are unique to men and that hobbies and interests have as much to do with it as character traits. Often it’s not the hobbies or interests that make people less attractive it’s their character. Besides what’s wrong with a person preferring their potential partners to be confident and socially competent. I think part of your issue is the trivialisation of relationships; if your looking for a girlfriend or wife rather than just se…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/20 12:01 AM

Exactly! I don’t see why anyone would pretend to be someone they aren’t for a relationship. You aren’t going to be happy in the long run. The point of marriage and long term relationships is to make a connection with a person you can be yourself around - if you refuse to “be yourself” just to open up your dating pool you don’t win in the long run.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/20 11:45 PM
4

I couldn’t agree with you more. The OP is very ignorant to the fact this isn’t an issue only straight men face, this can only make things worse. Dating can be difficult but it can be even more difficult if you genuinely believe everyone else has it easier. You also hit the nail on the head with your “life partner” comment: increasing the size of the dating pool to the expense of the quality is idiotic. You don’t end up with a better chance at happiness, you end up being untrue to yourself and is…

I agree I don’t think it’s an issue that disproportionally effects men more in anything
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/20 11:26 PM

I see your point. But she’s not a servant or “the hired help” she’s a wife. Her working 24/7 is a lot harder than a 9 to 5, it’s only fair he picks up the slack.

Well that’s completely wrong, but go off
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/20 03:25 PM

You make an excellent point there. I like that phrase better “internalised misandry”
/r/MensRights13/09/20 03:56 PM

At that point it’s, jail sentence
/r/MensRights13/09/20 03:38 PM
2

What kind of hatred towards men though?
/r/MensRights13/09/20 03:33 PM
-7

How is it misandry? Feminists also discus toxic femininity. That’s not about femininity being toxic. Just as “toxic masculinity” isn’t about saying masculinity is toxic. There is nothing hateful about discussing how harmful gender roles have a negative effect on society. And ifs a discussion that makes you uncomfortable then maybe the hard pill to swallow is that you yourself are guilty of toxic behaviour.
/r/MensRights13/09/20 03:33 PM
2

I agree, the term “toxic masculinity” by actual definition is not misandrist but quite the opposite. It’s often misinterpreted as misandry because too many people don’t actually know the real definition of the phrase, it’s easier to label the phrase as hate rather than research it and agree with a feminist standpoint.
