If you say so. From personal experience in dealing with criminals I've learned that men are better liars because they are more in control of their emotions. However, women are better deceivers and manipulators. But at the end of the day, both genders are perfectly capable of being one thing or another. Unless we're talking physiology. I think you missed the point. Clearly parents intend on having children from the get go in most cases. Sometimes things lead to separation. Working and raising a kid on your own is not something that is planned, you do understand that right?
