Ive read the entire book only once and reread chapter 4 and 5 many times, as they contain the most fundimental insights of stoicism. As for how profound it is, i'd say it depends on your experience in life, as some of the concepts we as men learn on our own.

That's a thoughtcrime and the only thing that maters is how it affects women. Do you remember how Hillary Clinton said that women are most affected by war because they lose their husbands? Well, this is pretty similiar lol. They're just ignoring the intrests of men, like they do most of the time.

https://nypost.com/2019/09/06/broke-men-are-hurting-american-womens-marriage-prospects/ We need to step our game up for society, irrespective of the reasons why such a problem exists. Basically, man up.

I agree with you, we could definetely benefit from less shit posts. I don't think it's up to us to convince men individualuty is something they should stride for, as i think that's something they should decide for themselves.

Same way alcoholics talk about booze in AA meetings mgtow talk about women in order to better their undestanding of them and the issues related to women. This whole "mgtow ignore women" is a bad strawman

Perhaps you could try reading "The myth of sisyphus" by Alber Camus and "Man's search for meaning by Viktor E. Frankl. It deals with this nihilism you are experiencing. If you still can't find it then just dedicate yourself to something you can work on and will work on even when you don't feel like it.

I agree that we shouldn't fight by putting down other groups and i think some of the posts on this sub don't belong here. That being said, the comment you mentioned doesn't reflect the views of this sub. If you can, provide some other examples.

Could you provide some examples of homophobia, racism and sexism on this subreddit?

Freedom from the plantation is detrimental to them, because it means less men working and slaving away for society.

Men are idealists by nature, nature made us this way to aid reproduction. "Maybe this one will be different" is in your nature. Don't fight it, embrace it and understand it for what it is.

In meetings for alcoholics they talk about alcohol, so it makes sense for men abstaining from relationships to talk about women.

Don't bother, man. All they have is shaming language. That is all they will ever have.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
