I would drop this mentality. Men do not need to be educated that women are not objects and that consent should be given. Honestly, I do not mind if it is a unit on consent for both genders in health class and what is or is not ok but that is about as far as it needs to go. Ehh, I will disagree with you on this man, she was behind a dumpster and he fled from two witnesses. I agree there is a lot of grey area in this case but the evidence seems to point to the idea that he at least sexual assaulted her. I do think the prison sentence is fine when compared to women who rape babies though.

Meh, I think I stand somewhere in the middle. There are issues that do affect women and directly injure/hurt them. I think there is some value in the idea that women pull alot of their personal worth from the way they look and we teach them to do so.
