I’m assuming the spectrum of friendship has a lot in between (no friends at all and bar-hopping ingrates)

I think it’s ok to value both equally, i know that’s super fence sitty, but I’d say if there was ever a non-negotiable ultimatum type situation, I would drop whoever gave the ultimatum. If my friend says “I can’t be around you if you’re with her” then cool don’t be, I work 5 days a week and I have shit to do. Obviously I’m married now but there were once women who gave that same ultimatum and ofc I said to them “some things just aren’t meant to be” It’s ok to prioritize, but it’s also super hono…

Well women look for certain traits in men, that much is obvious. It’s not highly debated. And men look for certain traits in women, and they aren’t the same traits. So I’m rolling with you here let’s say a woman wants a confident man, a man may look for a woman who’s willing to play ball, like if he’s telling a story, she’s down to hype the story up, even though she doesn’t look like the main character in said story. Then ofc when she’s telling a story he’d be happy to hype up her story. So kind…

At a certain point it’s kinda like a health condition. There are subs out there dedicated to shitting on life advice. And i get it because some people think some simple life advice will cure all ailments. That being said, if a person seeks only life advice, then actively will not take any life advice. Then there’s no need to continue giving them said advice. So that negates the “misunderstood” part that gets passed around, like nah dawg I understand you perfectly, and I need you to understand I’…

I think when people ask for empathy, they’re less likely to receive it. Mainly because there’s no outstanding showing. I’ll use an example: If I lose my house tomorrow, and need a place to stay, I’ll ask a friend for a place to stay, but I won’t be grieving over the lost house while I’m there, because my friend will know, it will be in the back of both of our minds. What I show will be the same song and dance we always have, a good time while we have the time for it, because we don’t usually hav…

Some women just try to motivate their partners to be the best they can be.

Woman realizes there is a solution to problem Woman enacts solution Woman is failure ?

Like, or like like. If you’re a cool person to be around, that would be gender neutral. If you are a bros bro, or a girls girl, that’s not exactly gender neutral but it’s a good first step. The difference mainly being your own comfort level. The bro bros could make 90% of their same jokes and comments to a girl and get equal laughs, but they don’t know it because they’ve never felt comfortable doing it.

I just found this sub today and I’m noticing that a lot of posts are missing a lot of points lol.

Well if you spend all day looking at one aspect of a simplistic quote, sure you can make it seem incomplete. But the purpose is the foundation. Spend your time earning your money and becoming competent and complete as your own person because that’s attractive. Alternatively, find someone in the day to day that you’re willing to build with and grow with in your early years and it’ll be built from the ground up brick by brick. So I see it in terms of divorce, a lot of divorced people in their late…

Ehhhhh, poor people, no matter the gender, have nothing to lose by shooting their shot and being themselves. Comfortable people are comforting to be around. And rich people can be a little up tight
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/26 02:59 AM

Comfort is being sidelined the entire time. Ever wonder why a conventionally un attractive guy can have a conventionally attractive gal? It’s because he’s open and comfortable. People who are comfortable, are comforting to be around. Is what it is

Comfortability is a huge factor in relationships. Anybody can tell if a person is clearly not comfortable acting like themselves. Like what are u hiding big dawg? That hidden stuff is what’s pushing love away, just air it out we all got flaws

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
