Needs to be said that if you can't lift weight with strict form, don't lift it, go lighter. I did some damage to my lower back doing deadlift with shitty form, I'm lucky it wasn't worse, but still a pinched nerve. People that try to move weight they aren't able for are worse than the one's who fuck around. 8-10 rep range, max weight, strict form.

An example that I’ve known is whenever I’m on holiday, by the pool, I’d approach a girl that seemed to me a solid 7, confidently, and escalate quickly. I dunno tbh, I got Tinder Gold a while back, over 300 matches in that month, most from the feature that lets you choose from people you’ve already swiped right on. I made the mistake of cutting when I started, looked like a skeleton and made slow strength gains. If you start off bulking, you’ll gain more mass, but it will fkin jiggle. Oh you meant Chandragupta. From what I’ve read there, he managed to reconquer the lands of Alexander’s already stretched empire. Still an impressive feat to overcome Greek armies, though they were not led by Alexander.
