She makes a lot of money, considerably more than other secretaries in the same firm. She is independent and strong willed, often challenging Harvey on decisions. But it’s not to the extent that the RP calls it out to be. It’s not one of the primary driving factors in a relationship for these men. An executive who graduated from an Ivy League and works at a Fortune 500 company is not going to be thinking of submission as his first criterium in a wife.
