College students have the maturity to think about other people's problems but lack the life experience to understand how reality works. And on top of that most students perceiving arts fields think subjectively rather than objectively. And that's exactly why arts departments in colleges are a primal target for leftist brainwashing. Don't you kinda feel they would have to start underpaying men inorder to pay women more? I mean if women don't work as much as men, women don't bring profits as much as men do to the company so in that case the employer has to reduce the salary of men and add this reduced salary to the women's deserving salary inorder to increase women's salary to match with that of men?
