I was following the garbage grindset videos from YouTube, waking up at 4 am, taking cold showers, doing meditation, but it never really helped me become more productive. Most of the day routines they post on YouTube are fully fabricated either way. Their actual routine: sleeping 8 hours a day, doing little business work every day and trying to stay healthy.

Agreed 100%. In the long run, RSD seminars and products are more expensive than 8 months of psychotherapy here, lol. I know that RSD Julien's Transformation Mastery bullshit course is around $3.000. P*rn is definitely worse than fapping, but one thing leads to another right? I barely know any guy that only masturbates without watching shit on the internet. Imo watching it is just a waste of time and unnecessarily messing, so is fapping, but hey if you enjoy it and it improves your sex life go watch and do it I guess. For me personally life is better without and abstaining from it puts the focus more on emotional bonding, which just works better for me.

The only ones causing people pain are scammers like Max, Tyler and Derek who scam kids out of their money promising them dreams they don't deliver. He is right in that they kept me on the RSD hamsterwheel for three years without actually solving anything. Especially knowing that Max is very good in internet marketing, and Alex video in which he revealed some facts about Owen Cook, it is no surprise that they are very good in getting guys into a self-improvement group/cult, which is different from just giving them one course or one bootcamp without the guys ever returning or watching their content again.
