Speaking from a father like myself that won majority custody and child support(even tho now it just goes to my daughters college fund), do NOT move out. The courts see this as a dad leaving the moms and kids, no matter if you say u moved out to process/mental health etc. legally she cannot kick you out, at all. Sleep on the couch or spare room if u have one. If you leave the place where the kids physically sleep every night it affects your custody. Now if she leaves and takes the kids, then now …

I’m gunna say this bluntly I was in a terrible 7 year marriage where I was treated terribly and I simped for almost 7 years before I finally broke. I was given no respect, my maniless went “away” etc. I’m gunna say bluntly as well after my divorce I hit the gym hard for two years, got custody of our one kid, gained a degree from school, and got out of debt. It was around this time women were FLOCKING my inbox. And it wasn’t just normal women, I’m talking smoking hot milfs, etc. I even got a “com…

From my experience, (I had a lot of female friends prior to marriage and dropped them all during marriage) having female friends is neither good nor bad, depending on what ur doing. If your hoping they’ll introduce u to their other available female friends, trust me her friends won’t see u as the very date worthy type bc she has already friendzoned you. You’ll hear a lot of drama and crap about men that’ll only make u think ur better then then, but in reality there venting to u about their issue…

How hard was it to get majority? I watch my daughter 5/6 days a week as the primary caretaker while finishing my degree. She normally only comes to see her on weekends to due to school/job. I have the best lawyer in the county and she lives almost an hour away. I have mediation and court in a month and I’m freaking out still lol

I gotcha. No, no sex with her since she moved out. I feel like I’m being too mean asking for full custody but in this case it’s to protect my daughter. She has no idea and thinks I’ll just agree to whatever she wants in the divorce. I think she needs a rude awakening none of this was okay.

It was now almost 4 years ago. The guy has a second kid with some other girl. My wife went thru a whole pregnancy two years later and was obviously std tested, I get tested thru the VA about once a year

I should probably clarify it hasn’t been a full year that she left we’ve actually only been apart about 3 months now, the year was how long we had been living together at my parents supposedly saving money for a house and she didn’t the entire time and left. Me and my parents aren’t too happy at this point. My dad helps with the animals, and my mom helps with the little one when I have school assignments where I can’t physically keep an eye on her. It breaks my heart, but I feel like my daughter…

I paid off what she owed from when we were married, it wasn’t until we went for a house we were denied because of collections from previous medical bills she ignored before we were married, she’s cleared some apparently thru one of those debt considers ppl, but I’ve only seen one screenshot. Yes, I’m seriously considering getting an attorney, but after she found out about the appointment I had(her mom spilled the beans) she said I thought we were just taking time to work things out? Then after I…

What does an std test have to do with anything? The cheating was years before the kid even happened. Lol. But thanks for the input

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
