Try to listen to how you feel about each person. I lost my way a while back and I had a friend who "took me back" when I finally came to my senses. Only problem is after restarting the friendship I realized I didn't really want it. She isn't a bad person and neither am I, but it just doesn't work for me. I kept trying to be a good friend to her because I felt like I owed her something for being willing to take me back after I messed up, but that was just guilt talking. She and I now only exchang…

How are you approaching it? You can have the same conversation a million different ways.

I don't reach for the check or pretend like I'm gonna pay. I do however make sure to show gratitude immediately, and then again at the end of the date. Eventually I'll offer to pay for small things, but I try to be discreet about paying for him. Instead I'll buy the ingredients beforehand and make dinner. Or I'll plan a visit to the botanical gardens and prepay for the tickets. Etc.

I think you should dive deeper on why you so badly want to be feared. Was there a moment in your past when you felt pushed around or taken advantage of? Or maybe a moment when you needed to step up and be ferocious? I would do some soul searching on that before worrying about being marriage material.

I just came here to say this. I use gel polish ONLY now. Modelones brand specifically. It lasts about two weeks and what I like about it, is the peel off factor. It's not supposed to, but the back will start to lift nearing two weeks which makes it easy it pick and peel it off. Any reside left I can use the acetone on. Again not how it's supposed to work, but it does with that brand and I swear by it.

Oh I LOVE Dolly! Yes this is a great example too! Very peaceful and feminine woman while still being one heck of a presence!

I haven't heard of her, but I'll look into her personality. Thank you!

Very wonderful and thought out answer! Thank you so much. I'll keep all of these points in mind as I love through life. I wish I could hug you because this is life changing info! I felt like I had to change myself and make myself smaller, when it's not that at all. 💛

Thank you. I've actually never seen these classics so I'll get right on it. I know I know. Shame on me. Appreciate you!

She's maybe a bit stronger/opinionated than me, but still a good example! Haha. Thanks!

I worry about taking attention away from my man, as I tend to naturally draw it from others (and please bare with me, I'm trying to be honest but not sound like a narcissistic jerk over text.) but these answers are making me think. Maybe that's just a left over self esteem thing because of the men I've been with? Should I just be investing in men that can keep up with me? In the Blake Lively example I think she's really funny and naturally draws a lot of attention on her own, but she's married t…

Another wonderful example! I'm Emilia Clarke meets Blake Lively! You're all the greatest! Thank you!

Blake Lively was SUCH a good example! Thank you! I'm VERY much like her personality wise. I couldn't find a better match. She's very jokey and playful, but still seems classy. I'll keep watching her interviews. Appreciate it!

I think you're mixing extroverted with a party girl (or woo girl if you're a fan of How I Met Your Mother) I'm not talking about being a party girl, as I don't go clubbing/partying a lot. I just mean that I'm pretty sociable, people want to be around me, I'm comfortable with people and find social situations a breeze. I'm not overly reserved like Kristen Stewart or super dainty like Amanda Seyfried.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
