7	would it be weird to text a girl even if she didn't give you her number? Certainly, that's creepy and from my experience working in situations where I'm given personal/contact information for filling out documents with customers, that's probably something superiors would give you hell if not fire you for. 9	How do high value guys respond to flakes? For one, keep calm; reacting with anger is unstable and immature. If you are sure that they value you as someone greater, it's possible that they simply flaked due to legitimate reasons like work/lack of time. They might just be busy and you should be fine to try and set something up later, but if they're really interested, they'll express that they still want to do something another time.
