| 1 | Are men getting hired these days...Feminism is at it's all time in west. They are sending wrong message in society to leverage high paying jobs which sucks !! I think what men need to do is to start off by bringing more strong skillset to team. More experience, more education, fresh industry based certification. Go in the fields with less females influx such as construction, engineering etc. I personally know from 100 qualified applicants were turn down for technical roles because of 2 female applicant were apart of the pool.
