I think what gets rid of that is having an attitude of curiosity and friendliness, and being open to taking things further if there is a mutual spark. As opposed to approaching someone basically wanting sex from them, when you don’t know each other at all. In practice, just get used to talking to everyone and being curious about everyone, with no expectations.
