Hi! I am a female artist and propose some theories about why women are not equally represented in the artworld. I do not offer this video as a challenge to the original post, but rather as perspective on the article from a woman artist and theorist (if anyone is interested and if not that is totally ok!) https://youtu.be/n6jXdx5tetg

Yes now that I think about it agree. They are not the same problem... And they both exist.

I am a cis woman and have been arrested 2 times because my shirt was off in a public place...can you provide an example of this happening to cis men?

The double standard is that women are "not allowed" to change their t-shirt in public while men can. women's breasts are medically, scientifically the same as men's: a secondary sex characteristic i bet the woman is taking a pic him and texting it to her friend saying #maleprivilege

I just starting using reddit (this is my third day) so not too familiar with the site, but it's great to read the opinions on this page...not because I am a horrible feminist who is trolling your site, but because I am genuinely interested. Forgive me for being new here and not knowing how everything works.

And why should women even trust men? Seems like nobody can trust anybody.

As a human rights activist I am interested in all human rights including women's rights and I am genuinely interested to know more about men's rights-that is why I am here. When I said "women feel the same way," I was responding to the multiple posts by men who say they are giving up on even trying to be with women and I was simply saying that women feel the same way. It seems we are all exasperated and I am wondering if anyone has any solutions out there.

I hear a lot of women feel the same way. Seems like we have a shared problem.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
