It's been like 50 years since there were players on the floor who can't dunk a breakaway

Species and society are not the same thing. Just because society cannot completely ignore the impact of biology, does not mean society is completely defined by biology.

Because I'm strong and lean enough to see some muscle. I've never been as lean as the dude in the picture so I don't know for certain if I'd be able to keep my muscle/strength if I dropped weight. You know a powerlifter has more muscle than this dude too, even if they aren't as lean. The point is that some people are naturally muscular (like me), some people are naturally lean and some lucky people are both. But what other people have shouldn't affect your personal fitness goals at all.

I carry more muscle than that without lifting, although reaching that level of leanness would be a big challenge for me or others with a similar body type.

Being an insult doesn't preclude the statement from being an ad hominem attack... Did you think she was a virgin? If not, the object of your insecurity is the male's history. You always knew she had sex before, but you go to pieces when you find out it was with your bro.

"A retard, or a woman, would squawk I'm "insecure", like some wind-up cuntbot on cue, but a man understands the score: it's more like visceral disgust at your girlfriend, and a feeling of revulsion of having another man's sloppy seconds." Glad to see you got a preemptive ad hominem in there, it really shows off your lack of insecurity. Do you really think it's red pill to have a visceral reaction to another man's history? You really have to worry about your gf having other options when you're a …

Every time you mentioned alpha dick, I cringed. Leave that terminology on the Internet please

Running at 250 would demolish my joints. I don't have the best gait, but telling a non-runner to pick up a regime after bulking up to 250 is asking for trouble imo.

That's why it's a litmus test, not a definition. "Element X is the substance that turns this litmus paper green" is a piss-poor definition of element X in any practical sense. But, the value of litmus tests are clear nevertheless

The point is that 5 rating isn't 50th percentile, it's possibly closer to 75-85th percentile

You completely ignore the point of the flaking, to raise her relative value (power). By asking for a reschedule, the male is displaying his desire and the female is displaying indifference. A nonchalant response or a refusal to reschedule by the male is a rejection of the power play and thus a challenge. A beta response transfers value to the female, which is her desired ends. Also, I'm not sure calling her BS excuse is always a beta response. It really depends on frame.

I think you mean Pareto distributed, not Pareto optimal. It is definitely possible to make some men better off without making others worse off, since the top percentiles of men probably have more options than they can realistically deal with. i.e. allocating 7/10 females to 7/10 males has no negative effect on 10/10 males

You used yourself as the support for your argument, which he addressed. How is that an ad hominem?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
