I haven't tried pause dumbbell bench but you could. Just use less weight to start. Any reason you don't use barbell?

Lots of good info here but one thing I don't see mentioned is paused bench press. Do you have long arms? I do, and my chest never grew until I started pausing all my bench press reps. I got a powerlifting coach so that's what prompted the change. Try it out for a few months, you will have to drop the weight a bit.

Exactly. I've been looking into hair systems for this reason and just wearing openly. Hair transplants require the use of finasteride to prevent any further loss, and I'm not about to fuck around with those side effects.

Thanks for the honest answer, and that's what I suspected. Was looking into scalp micropigmentation for that reason, gives the appearance of a healthy hairline.

Absolutely. I have been hitting shrugs hard and have started training my neck.

17 is a rough age for it to start. Good to know it works for you. Are you of European descent? I feel like ethnicities with darker skin pull it off well. I'm half Irish half Swedish so not so much for me haha

I keep hearing great things about MHE, and more and more guys seem to be going towards hair systems. Good for you bro

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
