Honestly, in most states this is patently false. Courts in no fault divorce states don't really care about affairs, tend to default to shared custody, and the parent who makes more money pays child support to the other parent.

You honestly believe that? Nothing that cop did was close to excessive. He could've slammed her down and it would've been a legal use of force. He didn't. He tried to handcuff her and her drunk ass fell over face first. She was acting combative and was attempting to flee an officer of the law trying to take her into custody. The officer had probable cause that she had being driving while extremely intoxicated and vandalizing a car. This case will most likely get summarily dismissed before trial.

The problem here is that the cops are treating her completely differently because she gave them some attitude. Cops have some discretion when it comes to minor offenses like this depending on the circumstances. It's why people get let off with a warning on speeding tickets sometimes. You'll never get let off if you cuss the cop out. And if you refuse to give them your license, you'll probably get dragged out of your car and arrested.

Cuffing someone who doesn't want to be cuffed is very difficult in a one on one situation no matter their size. Personally, I would've gone for pressure points to get compliances, but legally until those cuffs are on, if the suspect is fighting, it takes a lot to be considered excessive force.

Punching her in the back of the head while she was on the ground is the only thing I saw that was at all questionable. I wouldn't have done it, I would've gone for pressure points, they're just more effective in that situation. That being said, she was still fighting back and she wasn't yet restrained at that point, so the officer probably wasn't in the wrong.
