2	DOE rules kill due process, sow confusion and red tape — and do nothing to reduce sexual violence. I constantly paint the questions: Why are higher education courts handling a felony issue? Why do higher education which are supposed to be the epitome of knowledge using a lower classification of evidence than our court systems? Why are we creating an environment that is hostile towards the accused? The answer are all due to the schools soon being forced to comply with these orders otherwise they will lose a ton of funding.	/r/MensRights	15/05/14 12:52 PM
