I find most of this to be just common sense. I'm not going to run around and open every door, grab her by the hand to get up at every chance, and so on but when I do it...it's far more appreciated. I'll pick the check up though and that is because I asked them out on the date to do what "I" wanted to do. Being a gentlemen is something every single woman loves but don't over do it and don't look desperate. It should come natural to open a door, pick up a tap, and anything else like that but its w…

If girls are flaking on your then you are basically being rejected. It's either they are not interested in you or you have not built up enough attraction with them so they will not invest much time into you. Either way have respect for yourself and let them go because your time is more valuable than working on girls who obviously are not showing enough interest. In the future build a better connection to all the women you meet and make them come chase you because you need to show them that they …

I ran that "call me maybe" song into the ground with effectiveness on getting responses over text when it was popular. Simply by referencing "Hi I just met you and this is crazy but........" You can also use teasers in regards to something you learned about them or something they were wearing that caught your attention. If you are going to text a generic nice to meet you than more times than not I have learned you will not get much feedback. Just be creative and not generic and your odds are bet…

Don't take is personal because it wasn't intended to be directed towards you but in general. As Jaynus said below...that's what I was going toward.

If you act like a nice guy who puts everyone ahead of himself you will more than likely get walked over your entire life and never earn respect from anyone. There are douchebags out there who do things for all the wrong reasons and there are people who simply are confident and go out and be themselves. Some people sit with their tails tucked between there legs scared to go out and enjoy their life while others simply just do it. If you want to be the guy in the corner making fun of other people …

I had a similar issue and I figured it was me trying too hard sometimes to get a girl. Things seemed to click after a few dates and I might have not given them enough space and I started being the one who was chasing rather then having them chase and keeping a healthy balance. It usually ended up failing for me until I sat back and I evaluated what I felt I was doing wrong. With some girls they will hang out all the time and those are the ones you write off right away sometimes because it's anno…

If the plans were soft I would blow her off before she blows you off but if you think they were solid enough I'd shoot her a text along the lines of I hope you are excited for tonight (nickname) or depending on what you are doing you can always say hope you have your dancing shoes on for tonight...blah blah blah either way its better than we still on for tonight. Either way if you didn't build enough attraction blow her off here and act like it wasn't even a solid plan and she will probably text…

It's ideal how you did it. It sucks if its a HB9 but if the groundwork isn't there than you have a higher chance of being flaked on. My texts would have been almost identical. Most of the times I used to get flaked on were for the reason I didn't even realize I didn't establish any kind of groundwork. Now I rarely fail to do so and if I feel that I did I flake before getting blown off. Girls(essp. bartenders who are HB9) get hit on a million times and the chances of them blowing you off are very…

To bad I made so many mistakes before I found out all the rules. That being said it has paid off dearly.

It happens but at least it teaches you next time what to do differently. We all learn from our mistakes but the most important thing is having a quick response to even the most awkward situations. Being able to make a joke of these and you are golden.

It never hurts to try because where is he currently? Plus, he could have made a quick joke out of him telling them to exchange numbers.

She isn't looking for a relationship but that being said she wants to be able to enjoy herself. Don't bring up the ex boyfriend EVER and don't comment "you are to good for him" or anything stupid like that. If you act like that you WILL be friendzoned or "I wish I could meet a guy just like you." You have to make her chase you and don't go chasing her. You have to act like you are in the market and she is simply just an option. Show her a good time and invite her out to "fun" things with friends…

You made the mistake here because while this moment may have been awkward it would have been a perfect topic to start out a convo with here once you got the number. I don't think he was trying to CB you but he was being friendly and make a small convo as well. Don't expect a girl to ask for your number ever and get the confidence to always ask. Worst case scenario she turns you down and you are here with the same end result.

Instead of the generic "thanks" I would maybe say "aren't you sweet" with a smile depending on my mood but I don't see anything wrong with simply thanks either. As long as you don't try to over do it and just sound stupid by the end of it. Take the compliment for what it is and it gives you an opener to introduce yourself and get to know them. They gave you the time of day and now it's only you who can mess it up.

I very much agree with this and I do think many people who don't like this don't like it for the fear of their current or future girlfriend in the same situation. It's a game and to be honest it was played perfectly because if she is willing to give this attention to a stranger than the boyfriend isn't a keeper to her by any means at this point in time. I don't think it's fair to blame the male in these situations because women know the game! They get approached 20 times before you get a single …

I like this approach very much and I find it all in good humor. Even prior to you finding out that she had a boyfriend she was flirting with you and she was allowing you to escalate and keep it moving forward. Sure she tells you she has a boyfriend but if she didn't want to talk to you or thought you were actually creepy she would have cut it off far prior. Girls are smart and can think for themselves and when she wanted to be friends and you wanted benefits it was a joke but it had truth to it …
