Yes, the point is that if “real gentlemen” didn’t care about the prospect of sex at some point, they would behave the same with respect to a dinner date even knowing explicitly that it was fully off the table. This experiment has been run many times, and generally speaking, guys don’t have an interest in buying women they don’t know dinner if it’s just to have a friendly chat with no end game. That isn’t how most guys make female friends.

Well, when the day comes that a woman with a pretty face and/or a well shaped ass and tits can’t get hundreds of thousands of followers on Instagram or make tens of thousands of dollars per month on OnlyFans, then perhaps the message will get through.

I agree. This is her being an idiot for teaching at a Catholic school and having a side career in porn, and ultimately reaping the consequences. However, I don’t see a pussy pass here.

Exactly. Not sure I see the pussypass move here. This is just a slimy pos trying to hide money from her husband in divorce. Just happens to be a woman.

Seriously, what does anyone expect to come from resisting arrest? If it’s wrongful, there are remedies, and recourse - not the swiftest or surest path, but generally justice will out. However, the likelihood that resisting the arrest will end in the police realizing their mistake and moving to de-escalate and walk away is - and I’m just estimating here - nonexistent. The literal only outcome will be the addition of more police and heightened aggression....then back to where you were, now with a …

I don’t see the pussypass. She lined up for it, and admitted defeat when dropped. Straight-up fight.

How do you write women so well? I think of a man, and take away reason and accountability

Jesus. I took a quick stroll through that sub and it appears to be a bunch of angry, self-important thots bitching to each other about how men treat them as the entitled, vapid, gold-digging ornaments that they are.

That’s why I said “No, certainly not” in agreement with the comment I was replying to about the accusation of a crime not being the same as actually committing the same crime. My point was that the uniform remedy for false accusation and slander isn’t sufficient to create balanced consequences for some false allegations, particularly sexual assault.

No, certainly not. But by the same token, if someone lies and says that you vandalized their car you can have them charged with making a false accusation and sue them for slander. That remedy might decently compensate for the inconvenience and harm of the original act. However, these same laws are entirely inadequate to compensate (and deter) making a knowingly false sexual assault charge against someone. This category of accusation carries with it an almost instantaneous judgement and sentence …

In Canada, police can charge you with ‘causing a disturbance’, but courts have held it actually must be more than an annoyance. Simply swearing at a police officer wouldn’t likely yield a conviction here, but you may have to go to court.
