I think a big part of that was the Endgame hype. It was played up like you NEEDED to see CM to understand what was going to happen in Endgame, which really wasn't the case. They could have introduced her in Endgame and nothing would have changed. So if person A does 10 trips in an hour, and person B does 8 trips, Person A is obviously making 2 more trips worth. Yup, anything 35 hours and higher is considered "Full time". So they compare all "Full Time" workers but don't consider the fact that men tend to work longer hours, even when you average it out. Plus a lot of the jobs held primarily by men (trades, labour, etc) have a ton of earning potential from things like Overtime, which is rare/non-existent in fields held primarily by women.

See what they do is they look at men and women as a whole, compare the average earnings and then claim there's a pay gap when in fact it has to do with a number of factors, the biggest one being: MEN AND WOMEN DON'T WORK AT THE SAME JOBS. And everyone saying light duty is exclusively for injuries related to on duty injuries, that's not always the case. I've never heard of this ever being the case. If I mess up my hand over the weekend I'm still fully capable of working, just not necessarily at the same capacity. Everywhere I've ever worked has had some kind of "light duty" work that I could do in the meantime or would find something like that for someone to do.

Well to answer your question: Yes I did dishes up until I moved out, amongst other chores. If I go home for the holidays I help out with the dishes after dinner, snowblow the driveway in the winter, cut the grass for my mom in the summer, yardwork, etc. I know I'm not alone in this.
