2	Weight loss and why it's so difficult I lost around 17 kgs just by running everyday, drinking more watter and not eating junk food in 1 year. I did not read/watch a single thing about fitness. Seriously, just eat in an ok way and excercise daily. Eventually you'll see improvement and you'll start liking it, then you'll put challenges to yourself and so on. 1	How to be confident Why can't you guys be more assertive? I mean, sure it's well written and the subject is interesting but there are many lines you can avoid. Instead of writting so much I recommend you to start reducing how much you write down for a small article as such. If someone is better than me I try to learn from them, observe, analyze, and once I am ready to strike and I no longer need to learn from them, I try to put them down, psicologic war exists for a reason. Bullying, physically attacking their loved ones, boicots, even, although i dislike it, direct phyisical interaction injuring them so they stop working out, living a normal life.
