I don't know if redemption is possible while you are still being (in your own words) a cheater, a lazy ass piece of shit, a leech and an alcoholic. Actions have consequences. Maybe it will take you a few years to regret being a cheater, lazy piece of shit, a mooch and an alcoholic...but it will eventually catch up. I don't understand the point of thinking about redemption while you are still a hot mess with loads of baggage yourself.

At least you get pass the puting on pedestal stage. Here is something to remember. You put someone on pedestal, and you'd be forcing them to look down on you. Never ever. Also energy and focus at your age should better be spent on yourself. I am serious. All that fire inside you? Use it to make the best version of yourself. I will be the last person to give TRP the nod, but abundance mentality can be good if you apply it right. It indeed stops you from being stuck with one individual. However it…

You follow the very predictable trajectory of putting women on pedestal, getting desperate, and then going red pill...if it does not work or only makes you bitter, next step is MGTOW or black pill. You are still obsessing about women...and even worse now, not only obsessing about finding that one unicorn, you are also thinking about spinning plates. So much for 'abundance mentality'. Here is an advice, pick up a hobby that will occupy your time.

I don't think I will ever look at women the same again. Depends on your starting point. If your starting point is looking at women like some precious angels like u/hb8only , glad that you are free of that bullshit nonsense. Now on to see women just like how you see men. As individuals who are capable of both bad and good things, as individuals with their own personal thoughts and goals and that they do shit and fart.

I was looking at them like some precious angels Wut? Where did you get this garbage from? Blame whoever put this kind of thought in your mind in the first place. I sincerely hope, it was not your parents.

There are a lack of truly strong men in society. Strong father figure, imo. I hate to say this because it makes me sound like I dislike my own gender...but my personal experience taught me that strong fathers/father figures raise strong sons and daughters. In my opinion, another problem is that many boys and girls are being raised not to work with each other, but to compete against each other. This is not good, because when they grew up (assuming that many of them are mostly heterosexual), they …

The problem is for many, it turns them into insecure, dreading shit-testing, weaker version of themselves. Many even stay in what actually mutually abusive relationships because of the AWALT thing. They think women behaving badly is just AWALT and staying and trying to apply TRP's own brand of shit-tests, instead of seeing it as a sign to leg it off. Being a confident and assertive man, fit both in body and mind, financially independent, socially successful and fearless are qualities that many m…

You have to realize that their problems have nothing to do with you. I am working in engineering field and 99% of the men I know are completely normal, hard working, kind and humble people. They are well-adjusted and live happy lives. The 1% are them who were failed by both nature and nurture---and almost all of them often put the blame into some group of people who have nothing to do with their misery. You have to stop this addiction because it poisons you. Why don't you read instead about happ…

Might be assuming wrong again but...Andalusian perhaps? My family actually run/move away from a fanatical Islamic cult and move away somewhere else when I was six. I see a lot of good things in the religion, but as always, I also see how much it is being misused. My family ended up more or less agnostic. We want to believe that there is something out there, without the thought of it being misused to hurt others. My experience with Western women is actually very pleasant. Many that I know of neve…

But perhaps you owe that to your original culture that teaches women to respect men. It is a culture where men have to work with women and vice versa, else the tribe will starve. Both the men and the women have to be strong for survival, but they do not compete with each other. The culture also respects elders very much, then again, our elders are also working hard to pass down their wisdom to us. I might be assuming too much, but are you from a place where darker skin is being seen as less than…

I come from a place where men can have 4 wives if he wants to and does not need to fulfill his duty as a husband (if he wants to). Most men I know are still want to go the monogamous way, despite them being told that they can have many women should they want to. I asked a friend from Yemen, and he told me that all of the men in his family have that one person they love very much too. The choice is always there for them, they just choose not to take it, for their own personal reason. A man can ce…

I am trying not to stay with someone who will fall apart if/when I am gone and at the same time, I try to be someone also who will not fall apart if/when my partner is gone. That is the least one can offer if one wants a healthy relationships. OP, as long as you feel that you will be destroyed if your partner leaves you (for any kind of reason), then you are not ready for a relationship. In a relationship, the risk that one of you will be gone or die is always there. Isn't that actually the poin…

My BF is with me, but he and I both know that he does not need me. I can die this very second and his life will continue on. With his personality and his amazing support system, I know that he'd be alright. Same on my side. I am with him because I want to and not because I need to. Once you feel that you need someone to be able to live your life happily, the relationship turns into co-dependency and Co-dependency breeds resentment. I think ideally men and women should have found their own ways a…

Forgot to adress the part about if I feel as if I am sacrificing something. The answer is no. How can it be a sacrifice when I feel happy and fulfilled being with him and doing what I do. My BF is, despite his physical limitation, a great man. He has been involved in many local disadvataged youth programs, both passively as donator and actively in teaching/mentoring programs. Not religious and no attraction to other men if I am already with someone. I believe I am like this is a result of part nature and part nurture. I am surrounded by couples that are loyal and devoted to each other and for them working together is not a chore. It also helps that my father and brother are good men who love their families but not neglecting their own well-being for it. They are happy men who have found their calling in life. I read your post replies and I don't think anything I'd say will matter. I can say that my own experience is vastly different than yours. That my friends and family all have happy relationships, mostly with their high school sweethearts. And the relationships are also far simpler than internet makes it out to be. Both, the man and the woman, are just trying their best and giving their 100% for each other. My boyfriend is a physically disabled man. Meanwhile, I am working in engineering, surround…

Instead of calling these things deal breakers and running screaming, I accepted them because "all women are like that." I feel that a lot of ex-RPers would be able to relate to that, else there won't be such things as dreads, etc...which is the equivalent of shit testing for men, instead of just leaving the relationship or just like you've said, not going into the relationship in the first place.

When someone is that deep in a cult, unfortunately the only thing you can do (and left to do) is keeping your distance from them, for your own safety. He chose to jump into this insanity, he has made his bed. You can do this. Be around your friends and family. They will understand.

The majority of people I know, do not cheat on their spouses or partners...but, just like any other relationships, a non-cheating relationships still have their problems. One that I see too often is addiction. So while cheating is not a problem where I come from, I have a feeling that some of the people I know would prefer if their partner just cheat instead of amassing secret debts, needing operation because liver marinated for too long in alcohol, etc.

I am afraid I have no other ideas to give. All of my family who have long term relationships all met organically. I have never been in online dating, so I cannot say anything about it, except that now I know why a sucess story is often celebrated in subreddit for online dating. Maybe because it is rather rare. Maybe if you want to continue giving online dating a try, checking out the subreddit like that might help. The members have stories on their own about being ghosted or falling off contacts…

I can agree to many of what you've written. I sometimes forget that many are not so lucky to grow up with good parents/guardians. It is hard indeed if it is your own parents who feed you wrong information (often to mske themselves not look bad or look like a failure. Eventhough failing at something and having weakness is just being human). I also perhaps was being raised in the 'takes a village' kind of community. It is good (in my opinion), because it tends to give father/older brother figures …

Very often I read about this 'angry because of being lied to'. Being lied to. By whom? Coupled with my BF's work in volunteering for local disadvantaged youth program, it gets me to know a lot of men who are down on their luck. Well, you do you. I just do not see the point of resenting people who will not give you chance because they have better options rather than resenting the ones who causes the hurt in the first place. It just feels like misplaced resentment.

Losing acne is not going to make your more attractive, just going to make your skin looks more clean. Well, this is the part where I don't understand. Your parents are the ones giving you that genetics...and they did not prepare you enough for the life as a less attractive person, in a society where attractiveness counts a lot. Other parents, knowing that their kids are going to grow up unattractive or short, or even disabled, are actually doing something. Some parents in South Korea for example…

Go to skin care addiction subreddit, they usually have many good advice. If you have the means, go straight to a dermatologist. If the acne is cyst acne, it really is something tough. Acne can be caused by genetics too...so your parents are (unknowingly) having part in your current condition.

You do have low self-confidence if acne breakouts makes you think people think differently of you. Although won't that actually be the fault of your parents/guardians and upbringing, that you grew up as someone without enough confidence? Isn't it better to blame them than blaming complete strangers for rejections? Confidence guys got acne breakouts too.

A lot of people are happy going their own way without subscribing to MGTOW or WGTOW ideas. You have bad experience with people around you growing up and now you just want to be left alone and be happy on your own. That is perfectly normal, that is a more noble goal than many low quality people who just want to take their problems and hurt on others. I know two men and one woman where this completely going their own way thing and be happy in solitude really works well for them. First and foremost…

Woman here and working in a male dominated industry, being asked out by guys (some of them are according to society standart will make 'better' partner than my BF) is nothing new. What they do not know is that whenever I am in a relationship, other guys (because I am heterosexual) become invinsible in my eyes. You are 22 years old now and are already in this kind of situation. If you continue with this path, you will only get worse year after year. More isolated, fatter, more bitter, mentally deteriorated. I know this will not convince you, but what happened to you, happened also to other men...and to women even. And what do most of them do? Licking their wounds but then bounce back. Yeah, I think he has. I googled his name in relation to black pill and it was one of the first thing that came out. I am not suggesting for anyone to do anything, but looking for GF or BF is similar to market a product (in my opinion). The more people hear about that product, the more people want to try it. Regardless if the product is good or bad.

It is hard to keep friendship with people like these. I am SEA living in a village in Europe. I know how it feels to be a token minority. My 'friends' say I am different...but other foreigners/immigrants/assylum seekers are just subhuman that should be sent away to sink into the bottom of the sea or be gassed. But I am oh so different than these foreigners for them. I have much more important things to do than to befriend these kind people.

I remember this post from a few days ago and just out of curiousity asked around in my former high school whatsapp group about some of the more isolated or bullied students. No one knows mostly. One poor kid was a ladyboy and he got openly sexually assaulted while in high school. Just because he was effiminate, a lot of more rowdy guys grabbed his crotch or his ass everyday. I've gotten asked for lunch, movies, even a bold one asked me if I want to have sex with him (he has this flirty old man persona but actually harmless), I've seen more than fair share of guys peeing in construction sites if I currently work on one (if you gotta go, you gotta go). I grew up in a rather conservative land and even there, there is no such things as unconditional love. It was more of a 'let's keep up appearance so that we won't lose face and dishonor thy family' thing. (Albeit from both sides.) This usually ended up with the story of abused and long-suffering wives, or husbands. I don't think you want to or even can or should love someone unconditionally, because it has tendency to breed resentment when she does not return the gestures. And when you start to …

I have a 'similar but not quite the same' struggle more or less. To make the relationship work both of you have to communicate your wants and needs and if your partner feels like commiting to the relationship then the he/she will change and shape their behavior accordingly. Do you (or anyone) really need TRP to understand this simple concept on how to maintain a relationship with another human being though? It is as if saying that fire is hot.

Divorce and cohabitation laws are different from one place to another. You know that. Marriage is also not the end goal for every relationship. At this point, I think you seem to tell yourself things to make yourself feel better in your choices. It is alright to do that, other people are doing that too. "Why should I go to college? It is so strange reading this. My family are from SEA and we used to live in a Islamic community that was quite fanatical. MGTOW got awkward when the 'Going Their Own Way' turned out to be bitching all days about women on reddit. There are millions of true MGTOW who enjoy their lives and not dating/marrying, but concentrating on their own hobbies, jobs and happiness. I think the same can be asked to guys who got seduced to buy things for girls. Such as guys who paid for dinner and getting ghosted after. Can we assign blame to these guys who got charmed and get nothing in return after investing time and money on the girl? I am not sure. On one hand, it is the guy's own decision to spend money on her, also on th same side, the girl's own decision to fall for some negging guy. Can blame their naivety, can blame their stupidity, etc.
