I’m here to say the same thing I also use AI for guidance. Kinda hoping it could like pull from books and help me out. It didn’t start that way I used to just like journal things that happened and get its thoughts but I use it a lot more now and it helps me stay way more calm and grounded. It wants you to be an observer instead of getting sucked in emotionally.
