"I don't want to be rude but everything you've said above is actually laughable." The only laughable thing here is you calling it that and defending our pseudoscientific anti animal product position. " Are you serious?" Quite " Also, enjoy clogged arteries. The science is pointing to a plant-based (not necessarily totally vegan) diet for the future of humankind, but you have such a hard-on for yogurt that you can't take your blinders off and at least CONSIDER that your diet is unhealthy and soon…

"This is a dating 'red pill' subreddit. If you want to take the diet and lifestyle red pill I suggest you do the research yourself, " And I have, you're blatantly ignoring it in favor of pseud garbage. And acne, cancer and saturated fat huh. Wouldn't it be funny if I also did research on that as well and posted in my comment section in the past? But just to reiterate it here: -Acne/cancer and saturated fat http://suppversity.blogspot.com/2014/01/true-or-false-dairy-is-toxic-hormone.html Also for…

"Again, I have trouble taking medical advice from anyone who isn’t qualified." Nutjobs and pseuds demonizing perfectly healthy animal products are qualified? "The biggest clinical trials on all possible diets are not agreeing with your ideas." Please point me to the piles to the piles of the junk science your using to heavily overblow and justify this statement.

"I implore anyone who is unsure about it to cut out dairy and see how they feel." Again, if 'Red Pill is supposed to be about facts not feelings... what evidence do you have for the demonization of milk/animal products exactly? " Besides, if it was so good for us why would a huge proportion of the population be lactose intolerant? " https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lactose_intolerance Oh please there's no grand lactose interance conspiracy. It's a condition no more no less. " I was a meat eat…

"It's interesting because the view of a lot of vegans (myself included) is that it's a myth that we need meat to survive," "Survive" perhaps not necessarily, at the barest metric of what you'd define as survival maybe. But to be optimally nourished, fit. and healthy completely. It also is and has been a pivotal driver in human development in all stages and human evolution. http://time.com/4252373/meat-eating-veganism-evolution/ https://www.thefreelibrary.com/Meat+in+the+human+diet:+an+anthropolo…

"Will being vegan/vegetarian affect my relationships and MMV?" "Am I overthinking or should I slowly reintroduce meat back into my diet but only for the purpose of cooking for others? Have you had any problems like this?" Yes it will and yes you should. Veganism and vegetarianism/the demonization of meat and animal products is rooted in; and was created proliferated by, pseudoscience and religious zealotry. Reintroduce meat into your diet and eat it whether you are pregnant or otherwise. A w…

And what is the purpose of a reboot? To rewire your brain from porn, or fapping, or both? So in other words, if you dont reboot, you are more prone to ______? You don't 'rewire' anything because that's pseudoscientific bullshit.

Is there any scientific evidence/imaging etc. that show dopamine pathways being damaged and then re-wiring to fix those? No, because it's a pseudoscientific meme. http://i.imgur.com/F0pI1dv.png https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/women-who-stray/201701/no-dopamine-is-not-addictive

"I say stop playing video games, they are a waste of time building no real life skills, and tricking your brain into thinking you are improving / conquering challenges / facing down real competition. And thus sapping your will to find those opportunities in real life for masculine growth." "Top level comment says "dude maybe YOU had a problem with video games but that's on you, video games are fine in moderation. I make 200k a year and play LoL daily, so kindly fuck off from attacking my beloved…

I agree with the fact that our society is all about meat This very technically is not a bad thing from a muscle building standpoint and I'd argue, against the roar of anti-meat pseudoscientists and vegans, etc. that it's actually a very good thing.
