Stoic does not mean boring. Even though the connotations for a stoic man are usually "cold, frigid and emotionless", they are incorrect. Stoic means being outcome independent. Stoic means feeling emotions but not letting them take over you. The shorter definition of Stoicism I can think of is simply "Oh well". Stoics focus on what they can control. If something out of their range happens... oh well. I can recommend some books on the topic if you are interested.

That is what is commonly thought, but what happens is actually the opposite. Search "Fasting vs Eating Less" By TodayILearned on YouTube, wonderful video, explanation and documentation.

Do your thing man. What has she done for you? She's not worth your wait. You should be focusing your time on your mission. Don't be an orbiter, make her orbit you. And if she doesn't, who cares, she's just a promiscuous basic girl :)

Everyone's different. Whenever a girl throws herself at me unexpectedly, without any chase, I am instantly turned off - even find it disgusting. I'm not better than others because of it, though. To each their own. I have hoped to be able to bone any girl without chase before (aka dick flip-switch), but it's just not my thing.

I'm very glad you enjoyed it! Also happy that it sent more people over - the more we can all learn, the better. I actually like posts with a more relaxed vibe to them as well, maybe it's because they speak to me similarly to how my inner voice would. Regardless, contrast is always welcomed! I will keep that tip in mind for next time, cheers!

On other forums, people would see you as overconfident, cocky and douchey. On this one, though... you're simply screaming you lack self-esteem.

Why do you ask for advice? You clearly know your shit better than all of us combined.

Yeah, that was pretty awful. Forget it and move on. Next time keep your cool and never backpedal. Also, as u/loveydovey2121 said if she doesn't agree to it then next her - don't answer. Look up The Brad Pitt Rule.

Is it the Post-Wall reference that confuses you? If so, let me quote TRP Glossary: Post-wall - A woman past her peak beauty/fertility. Depending on genetics, this can be a woman as young as 25 or as old as 40. Generally speaking, it is agreed most women hit the wall around 30. Women tend to become desperate to settle down around age 28/29, realizing they have limited time to secure a quality mate as their beauty diminishes.

Had not heard of Nomie before, odd! I'll check it out when I get a chance, thank you.

Absolutely. For instance: Workflowy can store an 'unlimited' amount of notes in a perfectly organized manner. It works through dented and zoomable bullet points, which you can organize through #s and share with @s. The concept is tricky to explain, but if you google how the tool works you will see why it's so powerful. MyFitnessPal is able to read barcodes and has a huge database from which to choose your meals in order to accurately count macros. You don't even need to read labels, and can do i…

Thank you for your input! This is by no means a strict guide to follow, rather a description of what has worked for me. I hope people will find it helpful and pick a couple tips here and there to implement themselves. Also, those apps will definitely help you get started. There are some other great guided meditations I could share if you ever feel like you need them. YouTube has plenty as well.

Very true. As redundant as it sounds, one of the best ways of practicing Frame (House) is within your house. I believe parents will most often have the upper hand here. It is their house you're into, at the end of the day. That, coupled with experience and the authoritative figure they carry, makes it hard to move within your playing field. Personally, I think holding your frame and other people's interest are not mutually exclusive - rather complementary. In simpler terms, a good host does care…

I see, good point. Particularly that last line, frame and self-awareness definitely go hand in hand. The best thing is to say nothing and study the situation (looking for weaknesses). You can definitely sense Robert Greene's influence here. Deception - rather than frontal attacks - is the best way of hijacking frame. There is definitely dynamism in frame. I do think, however, that acting as a host whilst being a guest is a way of imposing your own frame - both cannot survive at once. So, even th…

That's an interesting way to look at it. How do you harmonize the idea of being both guest and (seen as) host? Wouldn't that mean you have hijacked the frame? What would be of the original host? Currently reading the book, btw! It's great, I don't want to rush it.

Body language is indeed extremely important and affects the way you present yourself to the world, as well as the way you feel (through hormonal release). However, it does not necessarily reflect who you are within. It can, of course, but not always. Take this post as an example. Packie has a very assertive and alpha body language, yet shies away from some other alpha individuals. This is because body language is not the whole part of the equation. There is a much more intricate and difficult pa…

Being Alpha is not about holding eye contact more than anyone else, it's about being comfortable with it. If you're purposely fighting to hold it longer than other males, you're unconsciously asking for their approval. A true grounded powerful man is comfortable with whatever he chooses to do, and does not worry if other people think "Ha! He broke eye contact first!" because he is at peace with his decisions and honestly does not give a shit about other's opinions. Now, regarding the feeling of …
