That information is irrelevant as it doesn't give a reason to why false rape accusations are deserved. The statistics that you have given me only show that false rape accusations are unlikely. Sketchy actions aren't rape, forceful sex without consent is rape. A false rape accusation can ruin someone's life, just because some guy cheated on you or made you angry doesn't mean you accuse him for something he didn't do, if you do, that's disgusting.

Yes, some who are actual rapists claim that, but those who were actually falsely accused don't deserve it. Just because some lie about it, that doesn't mean actual false accusations are justified. How would actual rapists claiming to be falsely accused, mean that actual false accusations are deserved?
