Haha right ok yeah it’s beside the point, sure it is... Good argument d00d \m/ At the end of the day you can be completely healthy no matter what gender you are but still have fertility/childbirth/pregnancy issues due to factors out of your control. Not really a social justice argument just scientific fact plain and simple.

Some men or women can be infertile yet completely healthy in every other aspect of their life so how do you explain that one then? What about Serena Williams for example? She is probably healthier than most yet almost died during childbirth.

Hmm... Yeah not really. Perfectly healthy women can experience child birth issues and pain, literally hundreds of different factors come into play so your theory just has no basis whatsoever.
