1	Guide for weight loss I’m a 19 year old and I’ve never had a weight problem in my life until last year. I started drinking hard alcohol every night and I went from a healthy weight of 165lbs at 5’11ft tall to 185lbs. I’ve been dieting and reducing my consumption of sugary drinks, but I’m unable to lose weight and I’m beginning to think it’s the alcohol.
