I just got finished watching this VICE Documentary which is quite related. The Ukranian "warrior women" of Asgarda strive to become strong and learn defense, but also honor the feminine role in society. They want to be good wives and good mothers and find strong warrior men. Watching this, I was really impressed by their philosophy and I respect them for it.
