That cite is garbage. Click the link where it mention's vice's article and they have a PDF of the document. Ignore all commentary from both articles and you can actually see what is being said.

The specific news portion of the company is actually not that bad. The problem comes from people who associate the news portion of the company with the lists section of the company.

I mean, I wouldn't call someone whose Masters and Doctorate is in religious studies writing on sociology free of belief-based ideology, which is why you go to the other side and figure out what they both agree on, that is likely the only thing provably true. Everything else you choose to belief is based on an ideology. But such is Academia.

To be fair, if you are actually reading them for academic purposes, you shouldn't read just all five, you should then take a similar amount of work from their rivals and then weight the two equally when writing your own papers.

I sensing a bit of No True Scots coming from you. I'd advise the rest of the people here to simply ignore her.

We've had it here in CO for decades. Not a whole lot of people have died from it though. Mostly get it if you try and go around some of the mountain ruins cause of all the rats.

That is correct. A "double victim" rape case has occurred before, and both were tried.

From the South Carolina based Sexual Trauma Services themselves! Myth: If the assailant, victim, or both are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the victim is free to consent to sex and the assailant therefore cannot be charged with rape. Fact: When intoxicated, an individual cannot legally consent to sexual activity. Forcing sex on someone who is too drunk to give consent is still Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Third Degree. Rape is a serious offense, and people who commit crimes while und…

And then come test time you still (in theory) have to remember the answers to the questions you googled, and remember the answers from the video you watched. But on a take home exam you can do the googling on demand.

I wouldn't want some average joe to run a psychological help group. I'd rather, you know, a psychologist like many of the women's groups have.

There was a SIMILAR incident near my University. The Judge ruled that since the female, immediately prior to the party, declined any romantic relations with the male, and that the male had significantly less alcohol in their system, that the male should be held responsible.

Actual teacher here. I am told every in service day that at any moment a child can get me fired from my job, and make it so I never work in the states again. All by saying "He touched me". Doesn't matter if a court says otherwise.
